We remove limiting belief systems that may be clogging these energy centers and replace them with beneficial beliefs. Thank you for the lovely facilitation and your calm, consistent tone. I was really able to feel grounded and knock on the sky almost immediately. I was able to let go of a lot of current tension and stress by the end of the track, and my chakras are nicely recalibrated.
