Hi and welcome to your meditation practice.
I'm Alessio and I'll be your guide today.
When we go through life with our awareness over our inner state,
We often end up attaching ourselves to others' emotions,
Thoughts and words.
And although this doesn't happen intentionally,
These energies can weigh down on us and contribute to our experience of stress.
As human beings,
We are constantly exchanging energy and information.
But we accumulate stress when we don't release the negative and call in the positive.
Luckily,
We can always count on our sacred breath to move and restore our own energy.
In this meditation,
I will guide you to use your breath to call in positivity and release negativity so you may come to your natural harmonious state of being.
So allow yourself to feel comfortable now.
Relax your shoulders and hands and release any tension in the face.
And let your belly simply stick out.
You are home.
This is your time.
Gently draw your attention to your breath as it is in this moment.
And with an exhale breath,
Simply let your eyelids close as if on their own when you're about to fall asleep.
Just observe your breath now,
Feeling the air moving through your body.
Notice any sound that it makes as it moves through.
Use your in-breath to focus your attention and your out-breath to relax and sink even deeper.
To help you deepen your breath,
I am going to count to four on your in-breath and six on your out-breath.
Simply allow your breathing to follow the counts in your own way.

Let your breathing flow naturally now.
Know that you can always rely on your breath to feel into your own energy and heal yourself of any negativity.
So let's use the breath to breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity.
Follow my voice.
Breathe in harmony.
Breathe out chaos.
Breathe in healing.
Breathe out suffering.
Breathe in joy.
Breathe out sadness.
Breathe in compassion.
Breathe out judgment.
Breathe in acceptance.
Breathe out impatience.
Breathe in trust.
Breathe out doubt.
Breathe in surrender.
Breathe out resistance.
Breathe in gratitude.
Breathe out arrogance.
Breathe in innocence.
Breathe out guilt.
Breathe in unity.
Breathe out separation.
Breathe in satisfaction.
Breathe out frustration.
Breathe in forgiveness.
Breathe out hate.
Breathe in love.
And breathe out fear.
Wonderful.
You are now in complete harmony in your own natural state.
Let yourself feel this peaceful energy.
This is your energy.
May you remember what you feel when you're in this harmonious state and come back here whenever you need to.
Your own breath will be your most loyal guide in a certain source of wellness.
