This sleep session begins with a calm reading of The Good Sea Monster by Abbie Phillips Walker. The story features gentle fantasy and a comforting narrative ideal for winding down before sleep. I read slowly and clearly to support restful listening, but I’m a non-native English speaker and have a slight charming accent. After the story finishes (~6 minutes of calm reading), the narration fades into over 8+ hours of continuous sleep music and ambience, designed to help you drift into natural and uninterrupted rest.
