Join me for an 11:11 guided meditation to cultivate peace and clarity. Though this recording was made earlier this year, it is always a good time to cultivate peace and clarity. Thank you for listening.

Welcome to this meditation to walk into the new year with clarity and peace.

Begin this practice by finding a quiet place and a comfortable position.

I also invite you to have a piece of paper pen or pencil to journal our meditation experience.

Close your eyes,

Place your right hand on your belly and your left hand over your heart.

Bring awareness to your breath,

Observe your breath,

Observe the sounds around you with your mind's eye noticing the space you're in.

You're simply an observer of your space.

Letting go of any to-do list,

Anything that happened yesterday,

Anything that happened before this meditation or anything that needs to be done or anything that needs to happen after.

Only enjoying this moment,

The stillness with self,

With sound in your space.

I now invite you to breathe in through the nose and out the nose to the count of six.

Same count in the inhale and exhale.

Long but soft breaths.

Feel the belly rise in the inhale and feeling the belly drop in the exhale.

The hand over your heart's face is energetically cultivating in honor of the self,

Your beautiful essence,

Providing a sense of security and love.

The heart space is where your soul and the divine meet.

Continue in this space in this moment for a few breaths.

Take a deep inhale through the nose,

Hold for three seconds and release the air out of the mouth.

Let it go.

Let the breath flow in through the nose,

Feeling the coldness of the air entering your nostrils.

As you exhale out the nose,

Feeling the warmth of the air exiting your nostrils.

Each inhale giving your life and each exhale letting go of any stagnant energy in your body that no longer serves you.

Allow the body to relax,

Become soft and light as a feather.

Bring your attention to the space between the eyebrows and softening the space.

Allow your cheeks to relax,

Softening the lips and the jaw.

Shoulders softening and melting down away from the ears.

Softening and expanding the chest,

Allowing this wave of relaxation to continue down to your tummy,

Softening the hips,

Legs,

Ankles and feet.

Continue to breathe in through the nose and out the nose.

Inhale in love and exhale out any tension.

You are the observer of your own breath,

Noticing that with each exhale your body is now cultivating a sense of peace,

Stillness,

But it feels light,

Light as a feather.

And now I invite you to turn your attention to the bottom of your feet and in your mind's eye feel and see roots coming out of your feet and making their way down through the soil going deeper and deeper until it finds its core to Mother Earth.

Sending and expecting energy down to Mother Earth to be replenished and feel a nourishing energy being given back up the cord,

Allowing your body to ground down,

Feeling a sense of grounding and feeling balance and sense of peace.

Feeling grounded and connected you begin to feel this beautiful sensation of love,

Compassion and wisdom that is being transferred to your body.

Knowing this space will always be your sacred space when you feel life is swaying in different directions,

Feeling the space of your body,

Feeling the space of your body,

Feeling the space of your body,

Life is swaying in different directions.

You can always find stability here.

With a deep breath in through the nose,

Taking in any sensations,

Feelings or colors being transferred to you and exhaling out the mouth any unwanted energy that has been stuck or stagnant in your core.

Continue to breathe naturally giving gratitude to all that is.

We'll now start a guided meditation to cultivate clarity from your Higher Self.

Higher Self is the extension of yourself that is part of you and part of the Source.

Let your attention guide you to a wooden walking path.

As you walk on this path,

Feel a gentle touch of a cold breeze in your face.

As you continue to walk this path,

You begin to smell the ocean air as you step down from the wooden path into the warm soft green color sand.

Now see the beautiful ambiance around you.

You see the ocean and the radiant colors of the sunset,

Stopping and admiring its beauty,

Feeling your mind,

Body and spirit with gratitude,

Feeling a sense of calmness,

Warmth and contentment.

Continue to focus on the sunset,

Taking this moment to set an intention or say a mantra for the upcoming year.

Taking this mantra to yourself three times,

Taking this intention deeply into your subconscious mind,

You now turn your gaze to an open cave landing on the beach as you walk slowly towards the landing.

There's someone waiting for you there.

This could be your Higher Self,

Spiritual guide or someone you love.

They're waiting for you to give you a message or gift.

This person is here to deepen the connection with yourself.

Allow yourself to create space to receive without judgment,

Feeling an overwhelming sense of love and safety as you get close.

As you enter,

You now see this person,

You are present and ready to receive their message with love and light.

As you begin to leave the cave,

You acknowledge any feelings,

Emotions,

With love and without judgment,

Embracing this moment as you begin to come back to your body.

Now begin to turn your attention to your breathing,

Allowing yourself to turn now to your body,

Becoming aware of your surroundings,

Any sounds.

Starting to wiggle your toes and fingers,

Taking a moment to thank Mother Earth for her love and serving as a guide for your passage as you start releasing your grounding core from your feet.

Notice your breath,

Your thoughts as you slowly come back to conscious awareness.

With eyes still closed,

Place the palms of your hands together in prayer pose in front of your heart center.

Take a final inhale through the nose,

One cleansing breath out of the mouth.

Sit quietly for a moment to reflect on your meditation experience and practice.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.
