Hello my name is Catherine let's meditate start by finding your meditation set a comfortable sitting position you can move around here and make yourself even more comfortable and when you're ready be still turn on your focus and either close your eyes or drop your gaze bring attention to your breath your inhale and exhale and just notice how air is coming in and out you're noticing your in breath and noticing your out breath and now pick a color that to you represent joy and happiness a color that you see for you and it represents joy and happiness joy and happiness for you joy and happiness for others joy and happiness for the universe and it doesn't have to be one color you know you can switch up your color and then see your color is light and then shine your color light to your feet you're picturing your color light extending and shining to your feet keep picturing your color light extending all the way down to your legs and feet and grounding you to the earth and now let your color light walk up from the earth up to your legs no and it's slowly walking up your thighs no spreading joy and happiness to your waist your color light is all the way up to your belly and your chest all the way up to your neck into your head now your entire body is filled with the color light of joy and happiness then picture your color light bursting out of the top of your head into the world feeling your surroundings with your color light know the color light of joy and happiness and then now share your color light with the universe with the whole world bring your hands both hands to your chest touch your palms to your chest and repeat after myself i wish joy and happiness to myself i wish joy and happiness to other people i wish joy and happiness to the universe and you can repeat those phrases as many times as you want and throughout the day no keep picturing the color light of joy and happiness together we breathe in and together we breathe out inhale and exhale one more breath in empty bring a down still forehead namaste thank you so much for meditating with me
