Hi,

Let's meditate.

Get yourself into a comfortable sitting position and once you're there notice your parts of the body that are in contact with the ground be it your feet or your shins or your sitting bones.

Notice the sensations that arise from being in contact with the ground.

Maybe it gives you a sense of safety or a sense of security or a sense of belonging.

Now choose to close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Call to mind a time in your life when you felt really safe,

Secure and you felt you belonged.

Notice call that event situation or time into your mind and get a sense of where you are,

What you are doing,

Who you are with,

What surrounds you,

What are the sights,

The smells that you see or you felt at that time.

What feelings do you feel and where do they show up in your body?

When you have a sense of belonging what feelings show up for you?

Maybe it's acceptance,

Maybe it's joy,

Maybe it's fear.

Now acknowledge to yourself silently,

I am happy and I belong,

I am grateful.

Now bring your awareness to your breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Now bring your awareness to your current environment.

What sounds do you hear?

Get a sense of how you feel within this environment.

Safe and safe,

Comfortable and comfortable,

Happy and happy,

Whatever feeling,

Get a sense of that feeling and get a sense of where you feel that feeling in your body.

Place your hands over that part of your body where you feel the feelings and silently say to yourself,

I belong,

I am grateful.

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Simply notice the inhales and notice the exhale.

Right now I want you to bring your awareness to any thoughts or beliefs that you have held of yourself that are not serving you or serving your goal or serving your growth.

What are those beliefs?

Are there days when you have judged yourself so harshly or blamed yourself for something and felt you did not deserve forgiveness or did not deserve to live?

Where does this feeling show up in your body?

Bring your hands over the part of your body where this feeling shows up or this belief shows up the most.

Right now consider that the universe or your higher power has your back fully.

And silently repeat to yourself,

I am supported,

I forgive myself,

I allow the universe to guide me to my direction,

To the right direction.

I will treat myself with kindness and compassion.

I am in love with the feeling of calmness and surety that all is well.

I am in love with the feeling of calmness and surety that all is well.

I am in love with the feeling of calmness and the awareness that I am forgiven.

I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself.

Now bring your awareness back to your breath.

Notice as your chest rises and falls with every inhale and every exhale.

Notice how you feel right now physically,

Emotionally and mentally.

Take a few more breaths and when you're ready open your eyes.
