Human Design Manifestor types meditation to remind you of your role within the wholeness of humanity. Gentle reminder affirmations of how to live aligned to your design so that you experience more ease, flow, and peace in your life.

Transcript

Welcome to Human Design Meditation for Manifestor Types.

Be comfortable in your body,

Lying or sitting down.

Follow your breath,

The natural flow,

The in-breath and the out-breath.

Stay with that for a few moments and allow it to bring you more into your physical body all the way down to your toes.

As you continue with a gentle natural breath,

Focus your attention on the center of your chest and sense your heart opening as you listen and remind yourself of the part you play as a Manifestor in the wholeness of humanity.

As a Manifestor Type,

I am here to initiate and create.

I let go of any beliefs that I am less than or odd or don't fit in.

I honor that I am different to the way most of humanity operates.

I own my role as a creator who initiates and brings visions to life.

I take time to meditate and receive creative inspirations that will enhance humanity.

Having inspiration and creative ideas doesn't mean I have to do all the work to bring them into manifestation.

My role as a Manifestor is to create and initiate my visions by sharing with people who love to work helping bring these visions into form.

I don't have to wait for external permission before I initiate and create.

It is important for me to move around freely.

I am connected to a higher creative force that guides me.

When I take time to meditate to tune into a higher creative energy,

It allows that to flow through me.

I honor the cycles of creating and resting.

I take care of my energy by giving myself a rest period after a cycle of initiating and creating.

I remember it is important for me to inform others of my intended actions so that it creates harmony and avoids anger and resistance.

My aura or energy field pushes outwards in a repelling way.

This is natural for my type so that the energy can clear the way for what wants to come into form.

I no longer need to feel uncomfortable when I enter a room knowing that my energy has this effect of pushing outwards.

When I remember to inform others of my intentions and actions,

It creates harmony and peace.

If anger arises within me or around me,

I understand that I may need to inform others of what I plan to do to come to a place of peace again.

My role as a manifester is to embody peace.

Today,

As I meditate,

I look at different ways I can bring peace into my life.

When I'm at peace,

My natural boundaries arise.

I feel peace with saying yes or no to others.

I listen to my inner authority to guide me and follow it.

I release the conditioning that says I have to please everyone else first.

I can listen to this meditation whenever I get caught up in doubting my role so that I can remember my unique contribution as a manifester within the wholeness of humanity.
