Meditation For Expansion

How much of your heart is open to receive? What I’m talking about here is not about romantic love, but having an open heart to receive life. Are you able to recognize its blessings and teachings?
Are you also able to recognize yourself as an expander? As a teacher? We are all walking each other home as Ram Dass used to say. It’s a great dance of expansion and evolution with each other and life. Allow yourself to expand and to grow by learning how to give and to receive.
