Overwhelmed or simply need clarity,
It is easy to forget that all we seek is within us.
Whether you are exploring the meaning behind your current journey or you simply need a moment of stillness and calm,
This meditation is intended to help you transcend uncertainty and align with your higher self.
Your higher self is that small voice that can only be heard once the mind is quiet.
It surpasses the ego,
It goes beyond the mind.
Our thinking mind,
Our ego,
Can create a lot of static and it tends to drown out the part of us that is true and eternal.
It is only when the mind is still we can see more clearly.
It's like tuning a radio to the perfect frequency to quiet the static,
The interference,
And to tune into that part of us that knows our truth and seeks to align us with our highest good.
This session is intended to help you remember the light within,
Access the wisdom you seek,
Soften your heart and experience profound inner peace.

My name is Adriene and I will be your meditation guide.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Take a moment to settle in and get comfortable.
Now close your eyes.
Begin by focusing on your breath.
Deeply inhale through your nose and with each in-breath imagine you're breathing in a brilliant and cleansing white light.
This light fills you from your head to your toes and as you exhale through your mouth slowly the light helps to release any of the weight you carried with you into this moment.
Continue breathing with this image and feel yourself getting lighter and lighter with each exhale.
Stay with this image for a few breaths at your own pace and feel your body relax even deeper.
Returning your breath to a normal rhythm,
I'd like you to sink in even deeper.
Feel the light that you have been breathing in as it surrounds you.
It is part of you.
Feeling almost weightless in this moment,
Picture yourself in your space as if you've risen above your physical body.
See yourself bathed in this light.
You feel free,
At peace.
When thoughts float in,
Simply greet them with your breath and let them go,
Without judgment or engagement.
Stay with the feeling of peace that your breath and the brilliant light you were bathed in offer you.
Now you may notice you're toggling between your thoughts and sensations of tranquility and that's okay.
This is where true balance is found.
Continue to breathe,
Focusing on the cleansing light.
If you have a question that needs answering or a problem that needs resolved,
Gently ask for guidance or an answer silently and let it go.
Remember that all you seek is within you.
Continue to breathe in the light,
Release any attachment to an outcome or an answer,
And just be with a sense of stillness for a few moments,
Tuning only into sensations,
Feelings and impressions.
Allow your thinking mind to take a back seat.
Now feeling back into your physical body,
I would like you to become aware of your heart center.
Breathe into this part of you and imagine,
With each in-breath,
A beautiful emerald green light.
This light illuminates your heart space and shines more brightly with each inhale.
On the exhale,
Feel the release of any heaviness in this area,
As if your heart is glowing,
Expanding and filling with love.
Do this for a few moments,
You are calm,
You are safe.
Gently observe your heart center once again,
Does it feel lighter?
If there is any heaviness on your heart,
Take a few more breaths and picture anything that brings you joy and peace.
This does not have to be specific,
It can simply be a feeling or an impression,
Anything that fills your heart with a sense of love,
Of joy,
Of peace.
Slowly take a long deep cleansing breath in and release it.
Take another long deep cleansing breath and release.
You are welcome to stay in this place of tranquility for as long as you like,
Or if you feel ready,
You may slowly begin to become aware of the surface beneath you.
Gradually wiggling your fingers,
Your toes.
Gently roll your head from side to side if that's available.
Now slowly open your eyes.
With a lightness of being and an open heart,
Carry your stillness with you out into the world.
Anytime you seek calm or clarity,
Remember,
It is within you,
Only a few breaths away.
