Take a comfortable seat.
Feel your feet on the floor,
Your spine rising tall,
And your hands resting gently.
You don't need to change anything just yet.
Just notice where you are.
Notice how you feel without judgment.
Now take a slow breath in through your nose,
Filling your chest.
Hold at the top,
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Let something go.
Again,
Breathing in,
And breathe out.
Just a little softer.
Let your shoulders drop.
Unclench your jaw.
Soften your eyes.
If your energy has been tight,
Or wired,
Or low,
Just let it be.
You don't have to fix it,
Because sometimes energy shifts not by force,
But by permission.
Let yourself feel supported by the chair beneath you.
Let the ground carry a little more of your weight.
You're allowed to pause.
You're allowed to reset.
You're allowed to feel good at work.

Imagine a dial inside your mind.
This dial controls your internal state.
Focus.
Calm.
Clarity.
Motivation.
Visualize yourself turning that dial gently toward a setting that feels just right.
Alert,

Take a deep breath in.
