Welcome to a dash of meditation.

If your mood's been off,

Your energy low,

Or your mind has been spinning,

This short reset is here to help you shift.

You don't need to push through.

You just need to pause.

Let's begin.

Take a comfortable seat.

Feel your feet on the floor,

Your spine rising tall,

And your hands resting gently.

You don't need to change anything just yet.

Just notice where you are.

Notice how you feel without judgment.

Now take a slow breath in through your nose,

Filling your chest.

Hold at the top,

And exhale slowly through the mouth.

Let something go.

Again,

Breathing in,

And breathe out.

Just a little softer.

Let your shoulders drop.

Unclench your jaw.

Soften your eyes.

If your energy has been tight,

Or wired,

Or low,

Just let it be.

You don't have to fix it,

Because sometimes energy shifts not by force,

But by permission.

Let yourself feel supported by the chair beneath you.

Let the ground carry a little more of your weight.

You're allowed to pause.

You're allowed to reset.

You're allowed to feel good at work.

Now,

Imagine a dial inside your mind.

This dial controls your internal state.

Focus.

Calm.

Clarity.

Motivation.

Visualize yourself turning that dial gently toward a setting that feels just right.

Alert,

But not tense.

Relaxed,

But not sleepy.

Present.

Capable.

Balanced.

And if a color comes to mind,

Let that color spread across your body.

A warm wash of clarity.

A soft light of motivation.

A subtle shift from ugh,

To okay,

To I've got this.

Take a deep breath in.

Imagine you're inhaling something you need today.

Confidence.

Calm.

Humor.

Focus.

Whatever it is,

Let it fill you.

And exhale any leftover tension,

As if the breath is cleaning your internal slate.

You've now reset,

And you can return to your day,

Perhaps with just a little more ease.

Just a little more lightness.

Just a little more you.

You.

Your mind works better when your body feels good.
