And welcome to a dash of meditation.
We are here today for a five-minute guided meditation to honor the full moon.
This is an energy of culmination and release,
A moment to celebrate what has come to fruition and let go of what is no longer needed.
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Breathe in deeply,
Feeling your chest and belly rise.
And exhale fully,
Letting go of any tension.
One more time,
A deep inhale and a slow,
Intentional exhale.
Allow your breathing to settle into a natural rhythm and feel your body begin to relax.
Close your eyes if you haven't already,
And turn your attention inward.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body,
Grounding you to this moment.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Releasing,
And relaxing.
Now bring to mind the image of the full moon.
See its luminous glow in your mind's eye.
Imagine yourself bathed in its light.
Feel its gentle energy washing over you,
Illuminating every part of your being.
As you sit in this moonlit space,
Take a moment to reflect.
The full moon marks a time to honor what has reached its peak.
What accomplishments or milestones can you celebrate?
Take a moment to feel gratitude for these completions.
Now,
Consider what you are ready to release.
What thoughts,
Patterns,
Or energies no longer serve you?
Breathe deeply,
Gathering all that you wish to let go.
As you exhale,
Imagine this energy dissolving into the moonlight,
Carried away,
And transformed.
Silently repeat this affirmation.
I honor what has come to fruition,
And I release what no longer serves me.

Feel the truth of these words resonate within you,
Carried on the energy of the full moonlight.
When you're ready,
Take a deep inhale,
A long,
