Welcome to a dash of meditation.

This is your Friday wind down.

Not just the end of the week,

But the beginning of something quieter.

Let's begin.

Take a comfortable seat or lie back,

Like a system preparing for a gentle shutdown.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Like you are inhaling space.

Exhale slowly,

Like the week is leaving your body.

Again inhale,

Feel that air sweep through the body like a silent scan,

Clearing what doesn't belong.

And exhale,

Letting go.

You don't have to hold it all anymore,

Because you're not here to do,

You're here to undo.

Let's begin a descent into deep calm.

You don't have to follow every number,

You can lose track.

In fact,

Your mind might already be drifting off the edges of focus.

As the surface layers begin to power down,

You might notice a tension you didn't even know you were carrying.

Maybe you're wondering how deeply you'll relax.

Some people let go quickly,

Others discover they already let go,

Just by hearing the words let go.

Because your body understands before your thoughts do.

As the breath slows,

The space between thoughts opens like a doorway.

And in that space,

A different kind of intelligence wakes up.

3.

The part of you that isn't stressed,

That was never stressed,

Just waiting for the opportunity to turn the volume down.

2.

And maybe it's already happened.

1.

Or just about to.

It's easy to think that you have to figure it all out before you can feel peace.

But what if peace is what lets you figure it out?

Or what if there's nothing to figure out,

Because the part of you that knows,

Already knows?

Just like the week had a rhythm,

And your breath has a rhythm,

Somewhere beneath all the noise,

So do you.

Maybe this is the first time all week you've felt yourself coming home to your own system.

And if the mind tries to follow these words,

Or wonders if this is a moment where you can finally relax,

You might smile knowing that you already have.

In this final moment,

As your inner world settles like snow in a globe,

Your system updates quietly,

Installing the protocols of presence,

Clarity,

And ease.

Boundaries that protect your peace,

A mind that knows when to rest,

A heart that doesn't need to prove anything to be valuable.

And from this place,

You'll return to your evening with nothing more to carry except this.

You did enough.

You are enough.

And now it's safe to stop.

Take a final breath in,

And sigh it out.

You are back,

But lighter.

Until next time,

Find joy in the weekend.
