Welcome to a dash of meditation.

This is your five-minute morning meditation designed to help you begin your day with clarity,

Energy,

And purpose.

Whether you're still in bed,

Sipping your coffee,

Or just settling into your space,

This time is yours.

Let's begin.

Take a moment to find stillness.

Let your body settle.

And start by taking a deep,

Energizing breath through the nose,

And a slow,

Full breath out the mouth.

Once again,

Inhale deeply,

And exhale,

Letting the body soften.

One more time,

Deep breath in,

And a full breath out.

See if there is anything you can do to make yourself just 10% more comfortable,

And allow the breath to find its natural rhythm.

This morning is a blank canvas,

And you are the creator of how this day unfolds.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice how it feels to be waking,

Alive,

And present.

Allow the breath to gently energize you from the inside out.

With every inhale,

Feel a sense of alertness and possibility.

With every exhale,

Release tension and stress.

Breathing in,

And breathing out.

Now,

Ask yourself quietly,

What do you feel?

What do I want to bring into today?

Could it be focus,

Patience,

Confidence?

Choose one word,

One feeling,

Or one intention.

And when you've made your choice,

Hold it lightly in your mind,

As if you're placing it in your pocket to carry with you.

Let's breathe it in together.

Inhale,

Welcoming your intention.

Exhale,

Anchoring it to your body.

This day is yours,

And how you meet it is your choice.

No matter what comes your way,

You can always return to your breath,

Return to your intention,

And begin again.

Let's take one final deep breath in,

And a slow breath out.

Carry this grounded presence with you into the day ahead.

May it be meaningful,

Mindful,

And yours.
