Welcome to a dash of meditation.

If you're feeling a little foggy,

Off track,

Or like your to-do list has a mind of its own,

You're not alone.

You might just be experiencing Mercury Retrograde.

Let's begin by softening wherever you are.

Find a comfortable seat.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your breath slow,

And let your body sink into stillness.

Gently close your eyes.

This is your space.

Mercury,

The planet of communication,

Technology,

Travel,

And timing,

Appears to move backward in the sky about three times a year.

During this time,

It's common to experience mix-ups,

Delays,

Misunderstandings,

Or technical glitches.

But beneath the chaos,

Mercury Retrograde is a gift,

An invitation to slow down,

Reflect,

And realign.

Think of it as a cosmic audit,

Not a punishment,

But a pause for clarity.

Let's take a few slow breaths to ground ourselves in this energy.

Take a deep inhale through the nose.

Feel the breath move low into your belly.

Exhale through the mouth,

Letting go of tension,

Clutter,

And rushing.

Again,

Inhale,

Breathing in clarity.

Exhale,

Breathing out confusion.

Allow the breath to return to a gentle,

Natural rhythm.

Now,

Imagine yourself in the center of a swirling sky,

Stars,

Constellations,

Planets,

Slowly orbiting around you.

And there,

You see Mercury slowing down,

Turning inward,

Inviting you to do the same.

Visualize threads of tangled energy,

Emails unsent,

Miscommunications,

Missed meetings.

And now begin to see those threads gently unwind,

As if Mercury is giving you this space to reset.

You're not stuck.

You're simply being asked to realign.

Now,

Imagine a soft,

Warm,

Golden light surrounding you.

This light shields you from the noise and disorder.

Breathe deeply into that light.

Let it hold you.

And let it remind you that you are safe,

You are steady,

And you are allowed to pause.

Repeat this phrase gently in your mind.

I slow down to move forward.

I slow down to move forward.

Take one more breath in,

And exhale any remaining tension or resistance.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.
