We utilize the breath to move in fresh energy and to expel old and stagnant energy. With intention, we will use the breath to pull in and embody the energy of peace and love. I'll see you there!

Hello and welcome to Retrieving Peace,

A guided practice to bring you back into yourself,

Resting deep in that space of pure and unconditional peace and love.

Get in a comfortable position and I will begin with a quote on peace.

Dear friends,

Beloved ones,

Do you know that the feeling of peace,

Tranquility,

And calm is available to your experience no matter what the outer world tells you,

No matter what your chattering mind tells you?

I invite you to breathe deeply,

Letting each breath go forth as a quiet statement to your world that you let go of all the chatter.

Each breath brings you deeper to the reality of calm,

To your inner sea of tranquility,

To true peace.

Practice this often.

Now we'll begin our practice today by taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Open the mouth and let it go.

Big sigh,

Time,

Deep breath in through the nose,

Open the mouth and let it go.

Let your whole body relax,

Let the mind be quiet.

Slowly we're disengaging from thoughts,

Images,

Or worries.

Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the experience of this moment.

With your next inhalation,

Imagine breathing in pure white light and as you exhale,

Imagine dark smoke blowing away from you.

With every breath in,

Feel pure white light being pulled in through your nose and filling your entire being from toes all the way up to the head,

Filling yourself with this white light,

Clearing out and cleansing anything that no longer serves you.

And as you exhale,

Imagine all those things that no longer serve you leaving your body as a cloud of dark smoke.

Breathing in white light,

Exhale dark smoke blowing away from you.

Everything that you blow out through that black smoke will be transmuted back into pure light.

Feel as this light cleanses and clears your energy field and feel as it radiates and glows now from the center of your being,

Growing stronger and expanding with every breath in,

Releasing and sinking deeper with every breath out.

Now bring your attention to your heart center.

Feel a spark of unconditional love glowing from deep within your heart.

Visualize this glowing ember in the center of your chest and with each breath in,

The ember begins to glow a little brighter and with each breath out,

It grows even brighter.

This ember glows and grows until it begins to spread out and across your whole chest.

A burning fire of love now.

Feel as it burns out towards the shoulders.

Feel this love permeate every cell of your being from the shoulders,

Down the arms,

The elbows,

The wrists,

Palm of the hand,

Out towards the fingers.

Feel as it moves up the neck,

Towards the head and the face,

Filling your entire head space with this burning love.

Feel as it moves down the torso,

The belly,

The hips,

Down the legs,

The knees,

The feet,

Into each toe.

Feel as this fire of unconditional love glows throughout your whole body and out into your energetic field.

You are love and this love is you.

Now bring your hands together in front of the heart and just feel as this energy moves through,

In,

And around your body,

Your heart,

Your field.

Once again,

Breathing in that bright white light,

Exhaling ashes,

Exhaling smoke,

Anything no longer serving you.

And feel once again that spark in the center of your heart and know that this spark always exists right here in the center of your chest.

It is forever within you.

You can access this space of peace and love anytime you'd like.

Feel gratefulness in your heart as you take a moment to thank yourself for showing up here for you today.

And always remember that stepping off the path is okay.

What matters is that you always come back and thank yourself for arriving right here today.

And set the intention now to carry this level of peace and ease with you into your life and access this space as often as possible.

Take a deep breath with this intention in mind and exhale,

So it is.

And as always,

I thank you so so much for allowing me to share this practice with you today.

Whenever you're ready,

Allow the eyes to softly float open,

Seeing the world through this lens of peace and love.
