I would like to invite you to something called resourcing.

I want you to just take a moment to get comfortable just being present and going inside.

Take some deep breaths.

Count of five.

Inhale and hold before you exhale.

Count of five.

Do this a few more times with a count of five in and hold as well as exhale.

Five counts.

And as you get comfortable just being in this present moment,

I want to start by bringing you an imagined or real place or real place that is peaceful and has peaceful qualities.

Imagine that you are there.

You can see it.

You can smell it.

You might hear sounds in this peaceful place.

Use all of your five senses to bring your attention to this peaceful place.

Think of what you see there.

The sounds,

The sights,

The way it smells.

What's the temperature that you feel on your skin?

Get a really good good felt sense of this peaceful place and all its peaceful qualities.

And as you get a really good felt sense,

You might consider a name for this place that you want to give it.

This is a place that you can always revisit,

Especially when you need some peace.

It's your own sanctuary.

Just take a moment to take a few deep breaths in and some deep breaths out.

Letting it all out.

Maybe noticing any sensations that you feel in your body.

You can start to come back to this space.

Just gently bring yourself back.

Think about what you noticed in this exercise and perhaps you just want to jot it down,

How you felt.

Thank you.
