This meditation is helpful to do when you are experiencing overthinking, a busy or "monkey mind", or simply to notice what's happening in the mind and provide more spaciousness and ease. It helps you notice the thought or thought pattern, observe it as past or future, and then sense into your anchor to bring you back to the present if you become lost in thought. This practice can be done daily to help build an awareness of witnessing our thoughts and creating space between them.
