To forgive means releasing yourself from past events and the people who have hurt you. It indicates that you are ready to move on and embrace the present. It is an ending. Not condoning or accepting the other person's actions. When we truly forgive others, and ourselves, we find freedom. This is a powerful guidance that allows you to face yourself and others in the Cave of Forgiveness. There are simple journal prompts at the end which I invite you to use as you integrate the experience. Honour all parts of you; the emotions, feelings and sensations. Allow them to be present throughout your experience and step lightly into a new way of being as you set yourself free with the power of forgiveness.
