Once Upon A Time ~ A Poem

A little poem I wrote at the time I turned my life around. Some inanimate objects in a still life create a poignant moment of awareness for me. I had quite my job. Started studying. Feeling overwhelmed by it all, yet in 5 minutes this poem spoke so much truth to me.
