Find a safe space, where comfort will hold you and allow the nurturing tones of my voice to take you softly and gently into a healing space of connection. This is a deeply powerful guidance that will enable you to surrender into what is there for you and your growth. If you feel drawn to do so, I invite you to journal in reflection of your experience. Honour all parts of you; the emotions, feelings and sensations. Allow them to be present throughout your experience and step lightly into a new way of being as you release the wounds that hold you. Welcome to this guided process to release your wounds.

You may like to listen to this several times.

It can be listened to when you're feeling centered,

Grounded and calm or perhaps immediately after a moment where you felt triggered by someone or something.

Finding a space to surrender and go into the feelings so you can release the wound.

This meditative journey may be triggering but I encourage you to allow the feelings to be present,

To let the emotions well up and move through your body as they intend.

This can be challenging and deep work but on the other side of the trigger there is often lightness,

Awareness and truth for yourself to uncover.

So I want to thank you for being here.

Make yourself as comfortable as you can in your physical body.

If you choose to stay seated gently place your feet flat on the ground,

Wrap a blanket around you so you feel cozy and safe.

If you lie down a pillow under your knees feels nice and under your head,

Maybe an eye mask,

A blanket over you.

Uncross your feet and rest your hands where they feel the most comfortable.

Allow yourself to feel held here in this moment.

Allow yourself to feel held.

Holding our wounds can be challenging.

It can confront us.

We don't know what may be on the other side.

It's important work that we can do to step forward on our healing journey so please know that I see you.

I acknowledge you.

You have chosen to be here and that is your first step.

As you begin to feel comfortable in your physical body start to bring your awareness to your breath.

Just observe how you feel in this moment.

If you are listening in a calm state or you are feeling triggered,

No it is all fine.

Just notice.

No judgment.

Sit with where you are in the moment now allowing it all to be as it is.

Beginning to breathe deeply and slowly into your belly,

In through the nose,

Expand the belly,

Out through the mouth long and slow and dropping the belly down again.

Repeat this a few times in silence.

As your breath returns to a steady rhythm begin to say to yourself I surrender and ground myself.

I sever all emotional and energetic cords from all lifetimes,

Past lives and childhood and send them back with love.

I now call back all my power,

Energy and fragmented pieces of me allowing them to return fully.

I am now whole again.

Just allow yourself to feel this energy and power returning to your body.

And now begin to feel into your body a moment of being triggered.

This may have just happened or it may have been within the last week,

Month or years ago.

Allow your physical body to remember the moment.

Notice the emotion and feeling.

Leave the story of the trigger behind.

Just focus on the feeling in the body.

Where does it sit within your body?

Does it have a colour?

A shape?

Smell?

Movement?

You do not need to change anything.

Just allow it to be as it is.

Without judgment,

Just noticing.

Now ask your higher self to show you the first time you felt this feeling in your body.

Allow your higher self to journey with you back to the first time.

Imagine you're on a line laid out before you and you step onto this line and your body moves backwards back to the earliest memory and your body stops moving at the point where you first experienced this feeling in your body.

Observing this younger version of you,

See the story playing out in front of you.

The people,

The environment,

You feel the emotions and the feelings completely embody the moment that you have arrived at.

In this moment you feel a strong urge to step into the scene as you are today,

Now.

Find yourself stepping into the scene and move over to the younger version of yourself.

You know what this younger person needs right now.

You may kneel down to face her,

Hold her hand,

Squeeze him with a hug.

You know how this moment of connection and this meeting will unfold.

You know what this little version of you needs right now.

What to do,

What to say.

You know because you are this little version that you are looking at and you know exactly what you wanted in a moment like this.

Give this little version of you exactly what is needed right now.

Be the witness,

See the reaction you give.

Hold a safe connection and offer love and validation.

That let this little person feel safe and held in this moment,

Acknowledged and valued.

Is this younger version of you receiving what you are offering or hesitating or resisting?

Letting this version of you know that you won't be alone and that together you can release this old wound.

Wait for a response.

If the younger version of you says they are not ready,

That is okay,

You can return again another time.

But if they say yes,

Take their hands and guide them slowly to a place anywhere in the world where they feel safe.

Look into each other's eyes as you arrive in this safe space and feel your physical bodies fade away and light begins to fill your entire space.

Allowing the light to shine forth.

Each your equal,

Both the same.

Pure energy,

Pure light.

As you begin to feel your cells merge.

See your cells merge.

Allow all your senses to recognize this moment.

You are becoming one,

A light being of immense beauty and love.

Held in a safe,

Loving space.

All wounds released.

Those responsible forgiven.

You are free.

You are free to move forward as one.

Place your hands on your heart and start to breathe into this space.

Acknowledge yourself.

Acknowledge the younger version of you,

All parts of you.

Acknowledge and validate with gratitude all of you.

And so it is done.

Stay as long as you need to in this moment.

And when you are ready,

Flutter your eyes open slowly and gently.

Offer yourself a hug.

Cuddle up in the blanket and rest.

Offer yourself some care and nourishment.

And you may like to slowly return to journal on your experience.

However needed,

Honor yourself in your way.
