Through a simple, yet powerful 7-step process, you’ll release limiting beliefs, connect with your future self, and embody the qualities of the person you’re meant to be. You’ll create an empowering “I Am” statement and leave with one aligned action to step forward with confidence. Manifestation doesn’t begin with what you want—it begins with who you are.

It's time to stop chasing outcomes and start becoming the person who makes those outcomes inevitable.

Hey there,

Conscious creator.

Thanks for hitting play today.

This meditation is about shifting your identity,

About stepping into the version of you who already lives the life you desire,

Embodying the you who has already manifested what you're calling into your life.

Because ultimately manifestation is really about matching your energy,

Your state of being,

Your very personality to the outcomes and experiences you desire.

So in order to do that,

We have to change from the inside.

We have to shift our identity to the type of person who can have those experiences and outcomes.

So in this practice,

We'll move step by step through a simple process I created to begin shifting yourself from the inside so your manifestation meets you.

Let's take a moment to settle ourselves.

Close your eyes if that feels good.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw relax.

Feel the space around you.

The weight of your body being held.

And bring one hand to your heart.

And begin to breathe as if your breath is moving in and out of your heart space.

Inhale for a count of five into the heart.

And exhale for a count of five out of the heart.

Continue that cycle for another round or two.

In for five,

Out for five,

Through the heart.

And with each breath,

Sense your heart becoming more open,

More available,

More alive.

Now bring to mind just one desire you have.

Not ten.

Not even two.

Just one.

What is something you truly long for in your life?

A dream?

A goal?

A shift?

A way of being?

See it as a single word or phrase.

Or simply see it as an image in your mind.

Hold it there.

Lightly in your awareness.

Now notice what belief comes up.

That usually gets in the way of this desire.

That quiet voice that whispers,

I can't.

I'm not enough.

It's not possible.

It's too hard.

Notice and take a slow inhale.

And as you exhale,

Let it leave your body.

Imagine that belief dissolving into thin air.

Free yourself from it.

Just for this moment,

You have full permission to let it go.

Beautiful.

Now I want you to ask yourself,

Who would I be if this desire were already true?

Not what would I have,

But who would I need to become?

I'll say it again.

Who would you need to become?

Name this version of yourself.

Who is this person?

See them.

Feel them.

Hold them in your heart.

This is your future self.

Already alive.

Already vibrating within you.

Stay with your breath here.

And sense you're breathing life into this version of yourself.

Who is this person?

Again.

Now it's time to dial up the energy.

I want you to choose two or three qualities that define this identity.

Perhaps it's peace,

Confidence,

Abundance.

Or maybe it's resilience,

Freedom,

Courage.

Choose two or three that speak to you.

But don't overthink it.

Whatever comes up is the right answer.

And with each inhale,

Dial these qualities up.

Like you're turning a volume knob higher and higher.

Let them fill your body,

Your breath,

Your entire presence.

Now it's time to anchor this new identity in.

I want you to repeat these words after me,

Silently or out loud.

I am the person I know I came here to be.

I am the person I know I came here to be.

Feel it.

Let it land in your body.

Now add your own statement.

Take the identity you've claimed and named,

And all the beautiful qualities you just connected with,

And create your own personal statement.

I am.

I am.

Speak that identity,

Name those qualities,

And declare that this is who you really are.

Breathe into it.

Repeat it slowly,

And let it echo all through inside you.

Fantastic.

Now,

Given this new identity,

The real work is how will you bring it into your life.

So what is one small thing that you can do today as this person?

Not a big leap.

Just one aligned step.

Something simple,

Something obvious,

Something natural you see yourself doing.

Again,

Don't overthink it.

Whatever comes up is the path.

Claim that action step now,

And set your intention right here,

Right now,

To follow through.

And finally,

Let's end our practice by shifting our state of being.

Because after all,

This is identity shifting.

We have to bring this into our physiology.

So I invite you to take on the physical presence,

The actual physical presence,

Of your future self that you just created.

Sit a little taller maybe.

Soften your jaw,

Maybe open your chest.

Sit steady,

Grounded,

Certain,

Confident.

You can even get up out of your seat and stand tall.

Make some kind of shift in your physical state.

This is the posture of your future self.

This is how she or he carries themselves.

Peel into that state,

And take three slow,

Steady inhales from this space.

And as you do,

Just feel yourself being this person.

See yourself taking that one action today,

Already successful,

Already done.

Done,

Done,

Done.

Bring one hand back to your heart.

Take a few final deep inhales and exhales through your heart space.

Anchor this identity right here,

And repeat once more,

I am the person.

I know I came here to be.

And whenever you're ready,

You can come back to the room,

Round back to the earth beneath you,

And open your eyes.
