A trained Yoga, Breathwork and Yoga Nidra facilitator, Astrid is passionate about sharing the broad range of healing tools yoga offers us, to help us rest to resist burnout, stress and exhaustion, discrimination and oppression that we see and experience in this world. In Astrid’s accessible and welcoming classes, you can expect imaginative nature-inspired yoga nidra, humour and laughter, restorative breathwork and vagus nerve activating techniques to restore balance and calm to the nervous system.
