Hello and welcome to The Collective Pulse for the week of August 17th.
Let us close our eyes and we are going to drop in together.
To reap the energy of what most serves for us to know as leaders building new worlds at this time.
And what I right away are two images of a game being played.
One is dodgeball and the other is water balloons.
There's a thread that connects them.
The Mantra.
That I hear is name the intent.
Name the intent.
The intent.
So for example,
When we are playing dodgeball and we're running around,
There's a way that we could be playing the game that is fun.
We're just there to enjoy the time together.
The ball that's being thrown isn't to harm you.
It's just a game.
Or we show up and there's this domination energy,
Aggression,
Need to win,
You're angry,
Or the ball is being thrown with anger.
Vengeance End.
Yeah,
You can feel it.
The other is yesterday we had a whole bunch of people over and we were all playing in the pool and we pulled out water balloons.
And a lot of the water balloons were just being thrown around silly,
You know,
Just splashing each other and having a good time.
And there were some young 20-year-olds who were making it more fun,
Like they were actually throwing the water balloons at each other,
But really wanted to hit each other.
And the energy was different.
The intent was different.
Same game.
Same pool,
Same water,
Same balloons,
Just with a different energy.
I feel like as leaders,
We.
.
.
Often can sense or intuitively know in our gut.
What the intent is behind whatever people are bringing forward for us.
So we're in an eclipse window right now and I feel like The spotlight,
The attention,
The energy,
The intensity is heightened and eclipses bring surprise events,
Activities,
Conversations.
Projections.
And it's easy for us to get thrown off by whatever that is or to know in our gut why it's showing up and then override our gut.
Tell ourselves that.
That's not actually what's happening.
But we know.
Inside what the true intent is.
And so the message,
The mantra that I hear through all of this.
Is name the intent.
To yourself.
Name the intent with which someone is engaging with you and whatever that thing is that's coming up that surprises or takes you off guard in the eclipse.
Get really quiet,
Pull your energy back into yourself,
Lean back,
Create meditation space,
And then actually name.
The energy you feel behind whatever is being projected upon you as the leader or brought to your attention as the leader.
We know when intent is to harm or to control or to manipulate energy.
We also know we can name the intent for ourselves when it's for growth,
When it's for depth,
When it's for more connection,
For more Um.
.
.
You know,
For more.
We can feel it.
And this is a time to not ignore what your intuition is showing you.
So get still,
Get quiet,
Name the intent,
And then move from that alignment within yourself.
Trust what you know the right next step is and move from that alignment.
And sometimes in eclipse portals or seasons It means you have to pull your energy in,
You need to hermit,
You need to meditate,
You need to withdraw from some of what's happening around you so that you can get really clear and emerge with that aligned authority for yourself,
For whatever you're leading,
For people.
Whatever the projection is that's bringing your attention to,
It's clarity and alignment from within yourself.
So it's a very long-winded answer to say,
Name the intent.
Yeah,
Wild times.
Okay.
I think that's it.
So much love to you.
Deep grounding.
Take a breath.
Pause before you react and name the intent.
Okay.
