Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.

My name is Vivian Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the new moon partial solar eclipse in Virgo.

As we close our eyes and settle into this time together,

I invite you to picture all of us gathering in a circle at this new moon,

Side by side,

Allowing the astrology to be a lens through which we understand the energy that is moving across our collective humanity.

With your feet firmly planted on the ground,

I invite you to start calling all of your attention into you.

This is a powerful time with layers and layers of astrology adding complexity to what we are experiencing,

And being in our body is the most powerful place for us to be.

Having the awareness of what is happening inside of our own mind,

Our own physical form,

What our soul is inviting us to see,

To understand inside.

It is the most powerful way to navigate this time on our planet.

So call all of you into you here in this moment.

What that may look like is a conscious unraveling from the work that we do,

The people that we support,

The responsibilities and tasks that we carry and hold.

Imagine you can start unwinding all of your attention from those things just for this time of meditation.

Relax the muscles of your body and allow your energy to be magnetized into you,

The core of you.

So use your breath to slow down the pace of your body,

The pace of your thoughts,

And call all of you into this moment.

It may help to picture your feet and invite all of your energy,

Your consciousness to come down through your body all the way to your feet.

Feel your feet planted here,

This location that you chose to be in,

This body that your soul decided to be part of for this story.

You,

All of you,

Guiding your awareness through your body down to your feet,

Relaxing your muscles as you do that.

And in noticing where you are still caught in the activity,

The thoughts,

The loop outside of this moment,

That may show itself as an image,

As thinking of another person,

As a task that you didn't complete.

You get to choose to place all of those responsibilities just to the side of this meditation time.

They will be there to pick back up when you feel ready.

What if you can unravel fully from all of that within your own energy field,

Calling all of you here into you,

And filling your body up with your power,

Your attention,

Your full presence,

All the way down through to your feet,

Calling more of you here into this moment.

There have been big ripples through the collective consciousness since the full moon total eclipse.

And our bodies,

Our minds,

Feel the waves when large emotions and energies are at play.

What if we can unwind from all of that,

Just for this time of meditation,

And bring all of our awareness fully here,

So that we can explore what is actually true inside of our body.

Perhaps,

Where are we holding emotions,

Anger,

Disappointment,

Grief,

Confusion?

Where are we holding some of that collective energy within our human body?

So call your attention into you,

So that you can explore,

What is happening inside of me in this moment.

If you feel tension,

Choose to relax your muscles.

And imagine you can send a big wave of that tension that you may have been holding,

All the way down through your body to your feet.

And then you get to choose to release that tension into the earth.

We can hold on and grip,

And try to manage control,

Force the reality around us to be what we most want it to be.

And what often happens is,

We are holding gripping so tightly,

That our focus is on the thing we actually don't want.

The tension of holding it all in place,

Trying to keep it all together.

And we forget to relax into creating,

Allowing energy to flow,

To move through us,

Which keeps us in that constant space of regenerating,

Of releasing,

Of receiving,

Of being in flow within ourselves,

And then also within the reality we are forming and creating around us.

When we grip and hold on,

We create stagnation.

We slow down the natural flow of energy that moves through us.

So notice if you are holding tension and unwind the muscles,

Relax the grip,

Loosen the force that we have been trying to hold.

Use your breath to allow energy to simply flow through you,

All the way down to your feet,

And into the earth.

And then notice what is still being felt inside of you.

If you feel a match to the grief,

The sadness,

That so many humans are experiencing.

We see death and destruction,

Dissolving of systems,

Relationships,

Beliefs,

Ideologies.

There is such a period of transformation that we are moving through.

And when we are moving through it,

It can look like everything is falling apart around us.

It is a dismantling of what is known in order for something new to emerge,

To be birthed.

Not just through us individually,

But through the collective humanity.

When we are walking through such a powerful time,

And we see the dissolving,

The destruction around us.

Perhaps directly up close and personal,

Perhaps a little further away through a collective lens.

Either way,

We are tapping into the emotions of the ripples that happen after destruction,

During destruction.

Allow yourself to feel whatever your match is to that.

Use your breath.

To allow your nervous system to be in the emotion without being swirled or overwhelmed by the emotion.

We often use this word empathy,

And our minds can understand the word.

But our bodies feel empathy.

When someone is grieving,

When a collective humanity is grieving,

We empathize,

We feel the grief in our own system too.

At the same moment when someone is celebrating beauty,

Connection,

Love,

We feel that at the same time too.

Our bodies are so strong and capable of big layers of emotions simultaneously.

Large capacity for the range of emotions.

And when we resist feeling one,

Or try to grip or control the experience that we prefer to have instead of allowing all the emotions to be felt,

That inner tension inside of our body creates more friction,

More strife within ourselves.

What if we simply feel the emotion?

Relax your muscles and allow the emotion to be a current of energy that moves and flows through you and follows the path down to your feet.

And you allow the energy,

The emotion to move.

There may be another wave,

There may be more emotions.

Your body has the capacity to feel all of it and allow it to flow and move through you and release into the earth.

Relax your muscles and allow yourself to be inside of you with whatever is wanting to be felt,

To be moved.

Use your breath to allow it to flow and release and flow and release.

For your mind,

I bring in a little of the astrology.

Allow the energies to move as I speak to the mind.

This is a south node eclipse.

It is about the past,

The completion,

The releasing.

It is the second new moon in Virgo.

Back to back,

The first one at the beginning degree of the sign and now this one at the 29th degree of the sign.

We have been journeying in this space for a whole cycle and coming back again in the same sign to complete the cycle.

It is an old chapter closing at a new moon where a new chapter is beginning.

If we try to carry everything we have stuffed inside of ourselves and not felt or allowed to be witnessed,

Experienced,

Released.

If we try to step into the new chapter without space for completing the old,

We carry the same baggage with us.

We repeat again the same patterns and cycles that we have before.

And maybe that is exactly the path.

Maybe there is nothing right or wrong about that process.

But this is an opportunity.

An opportunity to release and create space for the new.

How do we release?

We pause in meditation just like you are.

And allow yourself to feel what is sitting inside of you.

And then guide,

Direct that energy through your body to your feet.

And release the old chapter into the earth.

For as long and as often as is needed at this new moon.

Using your breath to release all the way through your body to your feet and into the earth.

Relaxing your muscles and allowing yourself to steady,

To center within your body as these waves of emotion,

Of energy simply flow through you.

As you witness yourself in your process,

Center your body.

Perhaps you even want to sit a little straighter,

Straighten your spine.

Open your shoulders,

Which naturally allows your heart space to open a little wider.

Feeling your feet planted on the ground and allow the emotions to move.

When you sit up straight and straighten your spine,

There is a message you are giving to your body that you've got this.

That you are strong and capable and resourced in this moment.

That you have the strength to consistently come back to center within yourself.

No matter the wobble that happens externally.

You inside of you know your center.

And you have the strength to allow the emotions,

The energies to move and flow through you even as you hold your center.

Relax your muscles.

And then allow yourself to feel the support behind you.

If you don't have support,

Perhaps wiggle your way towards a wall or lean back against a chair.

And feel how even in your own centeredness,

Your own ability to be in your process and move and flow emotions through you,

You are still able to receive support.

It doesn't take away from your centeredness,

From your own power,

From your own process.

It allows you to feel how you are connected to something much bigger than just this one human story and this one human life right now that you are living.

When we feel the support at our back,

Physically,

With the wall,

The cushion,

The chair,

Our physical body remembers the energy,

The emotion of being supported by our soul,

By our guides,

By Source God,

The universe.

By the angelic realm,

Whatever support walks with you in this lifetime,

In meditation we are reminded of that support.

So relax into that feeling of being fully inside of you,

In your process,

And simultaneously supported.

By a consciousness much bigger than this human lifetime.

For your mind again.

When we are at a new moon eclipse,

Layered on top of all of the other astrology that is happening at this time,

Most of the planets are either at the end of a sign or the very beginning of a sign.

We are at a threshold,

Individually and collectively.

We are setting intentions to manifest,

To create the reality that each of us individually most desire.

And there are 8 billion individual realities being desired into form all at the same time in this energy field that we call Earth.

There is so much power accessible to us as a humanity that comes through visualization,

Through dreaming it into form.

We cast spells with our words,

With our images,

With the stories that we tell and the stories that we hear and listen to and bring into our bodies.

This moment is filled with potential.

As you release the old into the Earth and you plant your feet firmly in the new on the Earth,

You are grounding the plan of your reality,

Of your dream version of how you want to live life.

So with your feet planted,

Allow your soul,

Your imagination,

Your consciousness to show you,

To form in your mind's eye,

In your third eye,

The images.

Maybe you see through words when your eyes are closed in meditation like this.

Maybe you feel,

You hear,

You sense.

However your consciousness speaks to you when you are quiet in meditation in this way,

Allow yourself to receive or understand the plan,

Whatever that means to you.

The plan in clearer ways than ever before.

Why is your soul here in this body at this moment on our planet?

Why you?

Why right now,

Here,

In this moment?

Feet planted right here.

What is the plan that you are dreaming to form?

It may be an emotion,

A color,

A whole cinematic movie playing out.

Often it is one first step.

The one thing that you know is needed next.

And then you can sense beyond that the haziness perhaps of what could be coming after that first step.

Ground the plan.

Bring all of that visualization,

That energy,

Down to earth,

Into you.

You can even imagine the vision has grounded roots or cords that bring it all the way down to where your feet meet the earth.

You'll feel it in your body.

There's a landing,

A placing itself here into form that your body resonates with.

Relax your muscles and allow it to be an easy grounding.

It may even feel like you can put your hand out and touch the plan,

The vision,

The dream right in front of you with your eyes closed.

You can feel,

Sense,

It's tangible,

It's real.

Perhaps you even want to bring the plan like a crystal ball and hold it in your hand.

Relax your muscles.

This is a moment to set an intention.

To name it for yourself.

Maybe to share with others,

Maybe to hold as your own dream in your own hands that you're allowing to form into reality through you.

There's no right or wrong,

It's your experience.

Allow your body to match the frequency of the plan.

To honor it,

To celebrate it.

And then allow the plan to make its way all the way down,

Just like the energy that we flowed through us.

Allow the plan to make its way down to the ground.

And then dissolve down into the earth,

Knowing you have cast the intention now.

You have witnessed,

Felt,

Experienced the energy and released it so that it can begin the process of surprising,

Delighting you with how it comes into your physical reality.

It's not about gripping or holding on.

It's feeling,

Embodying,

Allowing,

Flowing,

Releasing,

And then watching it manifest.

With your feet firmly planted on the ground,

We are going to start bringing ourselves back into full presence.

With your eyes still closed,

Allow all of your attention,

Your awareness,

To come to the center of your heart space.

With your feet firmly planted,

Breathe into your heart.

Allow yourself to feel the excitement,

The anticipation of the new chapter.

Even as the old one may still be releasing and closing and completing,

You can sense what is new,

What is wanting to form through you.

Both emotions can happen simultaneously.

The old chapter can close and the new one can be opening,

Beginning at the same time.

Your capacity to hold both is stronger than ever before.

So one more time,

Relax your muscles.

And then slowly,

As you feel ready,

Go ahead and open your eyes and just look at one thing in front of you.

I'm looking at the crystal I'm holding in my hand.

Start wiggling your fingers and your toes and bring yourself all the way back fully into this moment.

Here you are,

With support at your back,

Your feet on the ground,

Your heart open,

And this plan that is wanting to form,

Evolve through you,

Grounded into this moment.

I encourage you to write the plan down,

Even if it's one next step.

To put it into your journal,

To share it with those that you trust,

If that feels right for you.

And allow it to percolate,

To bubble,

To create energy and momentum as we step from this new moon.

It is a powerful time and you are a powerful being.

And what you see and feel inside of your meditation space manifests into reality from this process you're creating.

Centered inside of you,

Creating and forming and desiring the intention,

And then allowing it to manifest.
