Hello and welcome to our community meditation space. My name is Vivian Gerard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the full moon in Gemini. Let's go ahead and close our eyes and use your breath to bring yourself fully into this moment. Fully into this body, The beautiful vessel that your soul chose for this human lifetime. Start calling all of your attention, Your awareness, Your energy, Your consciousness into you. An easy way to do this is to imagine that there is a magnetic pull at the core of your root chakra. And simply by remembering that you have this ability, By turning it on in your root, You start magnetizing all of you here into this moment, This time of meditation that you have claimed for yourself. As you magnetize your energy into your body, You may feel all of that moving. It may start to feel a little more dense inside of your physical form. So imagine you can send your energy all the way down through to your feet, Feeling your feet planted firmly here on this planet. Your soul chose to be human. Your soul chose to come here at this time for some beautiful intention or purpose. And so when we bring all of our awareness into our body and run it all the way down to our feet, We start to fill ourselves up. The infinite soul inhabiting fully the human body. My cat has joined us for this meditation. That's so sweet. She's going to purr and help us move the energy today. As you feel your feet on this planet, It is so important to feel your feet in the energy of Gemini, Which is a mind-heavy, A mind-powerful sign. It is important to ground. So imagine at the bottoms of your feet that you can create roots like tree roots that go deep down into the earth. As you visualize those tree roots grounding you here, Helping you become more present, You can invite your energy to move all the way down through your body to your feet so that you can fill yourself up with you. Relaxing your muscles, Allowing yourself to settle more comfortably into your chair, Or if you're lying down, Just stretch out. You might find that you start yawning. It is a powerful way to move energy. So you will probably hear me yawn in this meditation. You can match that and it will move the energy more powerfully through your body. Any stagnant energy can run out your feet through those roots and down into the earth. And then your consciousness, The awareness inside of you can fill up your body. Relax your muscles as you do that. And perhaps take a scan of your body. Do a mini analysis of what's happening inside of you. When we are busy and moving quickly and a lot happening as we start to wrap up the end of the year, As we move into the holidays, When there's a lot of activity around us, We don't often remember to check in with what's happening inside of ourselves. So with your feet firmly planted and your energy arriving more and more into your body, See what is happening inside of you. I have noticed so much turbulence, So much shifting energy inside of myself. And as we sit in this meditation space, If you have a match to that, You can calm the energy inside by simply setting that intention. Anything that doesn't match calm can move all the way down to your feet and be released through those tree roots into the earth. And then imagine you can breathe right into the core of your body. You can breathe into your stomach. You can breathe into your root chakra. You can expand the space inside of your body, Relaxing your muscles. And now notice what is happening inside of you. What emotions are most present? As we wrap up a year, There are often lots of emotions. And as we move through the holidays, There are lots of emotions that I believe need to be felt, Are meant to be felt. And if we're really busy, We sometimes push them down and don't feel them. And then we arrive in a new year, As if nothing had happened. After the holidays, Exhausted and depleted. So what if in this moment you can explore what is happening inside of you? Allow the waves of emotion or energy to just move. You can feel the grief, The anger, The overwhelm, The confusion, Whatever you're feeling. You can feel it and just as easily it can move. And you can send those waves of energy down through your legs to your feet and through the roots into the earth. And then you come back into your awareness inside of yourself and notice what else is here. Is there space for me to feel it and then to move it, To release it? A full moon is about illumination, Seeing more, Understanding more. New awareness, New information coming forward for us to contemplate, Explore, Understand. A full moon in Gemini is going to show us more of the duality. Gemini is a sign that I see as both and. We understand both perspectives, We see both sides. We still have a preference, Perhaps for one, But we can look through a new lens at situations. So at this full moon in Gemini, What is coming up for you? What are the problems or situations that are most alive, Most engaging your attention? What if in this meditation you can take that situation and turn it around, See it from a different angle? Feeling your feet, Keeping you grounded here. Breathing into the core of your body. Contemplation is not about agreeing with the other side or taking the other position to be the devil's advocate. It's about understanding, Opening up space for new awareness. So notice what is happening as you give yourself this spaciousness. Any fear or doubt, You can just run that down to your feet and send it into the earth. A word that I love to use in meditation space is curious. How can we be curious about the topic that is coming forward for us? Meditation is also the harmonizing of the mind, The body, The soul. And in many forms of meditation, We are taught to move the mind aside, To quiet the mind. I believe when the mind is in harmony, Especially at a full moon in Gemini, When the mind is harmonizing with the body and the soul, It becomes a resource, A tool, A partner. And so in this moment, Allow your mind to be a partner with your body and your soul. The topic, The idea, The situation that you're exploring, What if your mind can turn it around and show it to you differently? As your body feels safe and your soul is curious. I'm going to bring in another layer of astrology. Mars is now a retrograde in Leo and Cancer for the next six months. Mars is also opposite Pluto. So let your mind take that information and start to weave it into this meditation space. Mars is a sign associated with action, Impulse, Urgency, Decisiveness, My will, Retrograde intensifies the experience of Mars. And the Pluto opposition says, My will versus or opposing the collective will. So breathe into all of that. And at this time of more illumination and the support, The integration of our mind in our meditation process, Mars is urging us to act, To do, To take our will into the collective experience. And so my guidance, My invitation in this meditation time is for us to focus on inspired action. Action that comes from clarity within ourselves, From the harmony of the mind, The body, The soul. The alignment of the energy within. And that may require a shift in perspective. So perhaps the shift in perspective for this meditation is that meditation can also create action. Meditation can include the mind, Weave the mind's power as a resource. As we bring in this new information about astrology, Our mind, Our body, Our soul can create a weaving, A tapestry that's in alignment with the astrology of the universe. We take our individual human life, Our journey, We match it to the energy of the astrology, The highest potential. And in our meditation time, We are inspired to action. So what inspiration is coming forward for you? The inspiration may be that you need more meditation time. If so, Trust that. That is your action, More meditation time. Your inspiration may come through your body. Perhaps your body needs more attention from you at the holidays. During these shifting energies, Your body needs more nourishment, More rest, Perhaps more walking. More laughter, More baths, More breathing. Trust what your body is showing you and let that inspiration guide your action. Perhaps as you are listening, Your soul is showing you a blueprint, A grid, A cycle, A next step. Maybe your soul is showing you a cycle that you have been playing out. Pluto has just moved into Aquarius for 20 years, And there is a lot of wisdom from the time that Pluto spent in Capricorn for 16 years. Weaving and embodying, Bringing that learned information, Those lessons from Pluto and Capricorn, Into our daily activities, Into our intentions for what we are doing next. It may take some focus. Or your soul may just give you one ah-ha after another of how to take the structure from Pluto and Capricorn and use it as the foundation for your Pluto and Aquarius journey. If so, Then your soul is showing you inspired action. And then we feel in our heart space, Whatever the feelings are in this moment. Holidays, End of year, It can be a tender time. It can be a deep, Reflective time. What are you feeling in your heart? If someone's face or name just came to your awareness, Maybe there is a conversation to have with that person. Maybe you simply need to reach out to that person. Trust that your heart, Your soul are showing you the inspiration and there is action to take from that. It is a powerful time to recognize and to write letters, To journal, To pay attention to what our dreams are showing us and the emotions that they bring up in our heart. As you sit in this beautiful space inside of yourself, Trust what you are guided to do from here. Let your mind take the assignments, The inspired actions that came through. Let your mind take those and remind you of those, Hold you accountable to yourself for that inspired action. Feet firmly planted on the earth, Allow yourself to release any last remnants of fear, Doubt, Confusion, Overwhelm, Anything that has you feeling stuck or stagnant. Imagine you can just release it at your feet through those roots deep into the earth. The earth simply transmutes that energy. There is nothing that you have to hold, You can always release into the earth and it will be transmuted. So run out of your body anything that you're ready to let go of. Straighten your back, Allow yourself to feel the support behind you, Which will naturally open up your heart chakra. Do one more check-in inside of yourself, Mind, Body, Soul, Heart, All peaceful in alignment. If it's not feeling peaceful or in alignment, Perhaps your inspired action is to come back and meditate again. Clear, Release, Steady yourself. And then when you trust the inspired action, That's the time to take it. So as you feel ready, Go ahead and open your eyes. Take a moment to orient yourself back into your physical reality. So take in more of the room around you, Wiggle your toes, Wiggle your fingers. Jade is still sitting on my lap purring, So I'm going to give her a big thank you for her support today. And then remind yourself that what you see inside of your meditation space is just as real, Just as true as this 3D reality. We create in our inner landscape and then it is reflected back to us in our 3D reality. And so the time that you choose to pause and meditate and be in your own inner landscape is so important.
