Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.

My name is Vivian Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us together into this full moon lunar eclipse in Libra meditation.

Go ahead and close your eyes and allow yourself to settle firmly into this moment that you have claimed for yourself in your body,

In your life,

In all the activity of everything that we juggle during our days.

You have claimed this time to pause.

Often I find that the choice to meditate when there's a lot of energy moving is the hardest part of the meditation.

Simply deciding I'm going to stop,

I'm going to be present,

And I'm going to feel whatever it is that is happening inside of me.

A full moon in a sign based on relationships,

Libra,

Partnerships,

Intimacy,

Added to an eclipse which is about super amplification of all the things that are happening within that full moon in Libra.

And sometimes the intensity,

The ways that our relationships are mirroring back to us aspects of ourselves is so much,

So much to feel,

So much to try to understand,

So much to move.

It's just a lot and I could feel my own resistance to meditating this morning fully aware that my stuff is always waiting for me to look at too.

So this choice to be present with you to guide this experience is like a moment of like sighing,

Exhaling,

Breathing,

Being,

And trusting that whatever is most present for us will come up.

And because we are present with it,

We can absolutely handle it and navigate all the layers.

And in that meditation space,

Time,

Clarity arrives.

There's some nugget,

Some aha that comes forward and that is the gift of the full moon in Libra at this time for us.

That is the bonus super gift of the eclipse.

It can feel almost like a shortcut if we're really paying attention.

It can feel like we're finding a worm hole through a pattern that has been eluding us for a while or multiple layers all being stripped at the same time and then we get to the root of something that we've felt but haven't had the words or the visualization for before and suddenly we get that aha.

That's what an eclipse can offer us.

And so having that invitation to do that work in our relationships is intense or perhaps not for you but for many it's very intense.

So this meditation experience that we're going to share together is this soft gentle cocoon in which the massive aha download activation can arrive.

And then we can gently move ourselves back into our lives and integrate and explore the awareness with some time and space around it.

So for now here we are in this meditation moment.

So let's become present with what's actually happening inside of our own human experience.

Not outside.

It'll be reflected to us outside when we're paying attention but right now the awareness is inside.

So let's pull all of our attention in.

Call your power back to you.

Call your focus.

All the love that you pour over other people.

The listening.

The supporting.

Everything you offer others around you.

Bring it into you right now.

Can you listen to yourself in the deepest possible way?

The most primary powerful intense relationship we have in our human journey is always with ourselves first.

And it's very easy to spend so much time with others that we're doing their work or we're supporting their growth instead of also balancing it with some self love self analysis self time.

So call your energy back into you.

You set the intention and it begins to happen.

You might feel energy as it comes into your body like waves or for me it it's a ripple.

I can feel the energy almost like a pulse coming back into my body.

A wave is probably a good way to describe it.

And then I can feel my body becomes heavier.

Becomes more dense.

When we fill up our body with our own energy the physical starts to move and so you might find that your body's twitching a little bit or you're yawning.

That's usually my sign that energy is moving.

I can't control how much I start yawning.

Your ears might pop.

Your eyes might water.

There's a physical release when our energy comes into our body and it goes down deeper into the core of our human form.

So invite your energy,

Your power,

Your attention deeper into you.

Calling more of yourself here into this moment,

Into this pause of meditation time that you have claimed.

There's a reason that your soul is guiding you to go inward.

To be still and to listen.

There's magic here for you.

There's healing,

Gifts,

Awareness that can ripple through your external reality.

The nuggets are found inside.

So call more of your power,

More of your focus into you.

It might feel really full inside of your body like there's no more room.

I've got as much of me here as I can fit.

There's no more space.

If so,

Focus on relaxing the muscles of your body.

When our energy comes into our body we often tense up.

We resist because we're so not used to that feeling but we're so uncomfortable with that much power in our humanness.

So relax your muscles.

There you go.

Stretch out the space inside of you.

Fill up more.

Do you notice when you relax your muscles how much more room there is inside and then you can call more of you back into this moment.

What I find when I call my energy into my body is my body feels good.

It's a reunion that happens.

The soul,

The energy,

The consciousness reconnecting,

Recalibrating with the human form.

And my body loves that feeling.

It's like oh we're home,

We're together,

We're here.

We're not outside of the body trying to make things happen and maneuver.

We're fully present and feeling this beautiful human temple that we chose for this lifetime.

So with all of your power,

Your attention inside of you what's happening in your body?

Imagine you can turn your third eye and look inward.

So often with a full moon there's a lot of illumination,

New awareness,

New ideas,

Ahas,

Especially with the eclipse energy.

And our stomach tends to digest those new ideas.

It receives the new information and then has to do something with it.

This is all third chakra.

So you might find that when you look in your body you feel inside there may be a tightness in your stomach like I can't,

I can't digest any more new ideas.

I can't handle any more new information.

I'm overloaded.

So can you focus,

If you have a match to that,

Can you focus on breathing into your third chakra?

Relaxing,

Consciously relaxing the muscles of your stomach,

The muscles around your ribs,

Which would also be going into our heart chakra.

Relationships,

Oh my gosh,

Like relationships and heart.

Oh I'm so interconnected.

And so your heart might feel tight or squished or betrayed or cut or sad.

Or in contrast you may be in a beautiful relationship and your heart is soaring and wide and open and vulnerable and expressive.

Like trust whatever your experience is.

It's true and beautiful for you.

And can you be aware of what it is?

Without judging,

We're in this moment that we're in because this is the work that our soul is doing in this human journey.

So there's nothing wrong with this moment that we're in.

Can we be present with it?

Can we allow ourselves to sit and to feel and to explore what is happening in our own unique human moment right now?

Relaxing the muscles.

Your work right now may be lower in your body.

It may be in your second chakra,

Your root chakra.

It may be in your hips,

In your sit bones.

There may be a lot of work that you're doing around feeling safe.

Safe in your primary relationships.

Safe in your relationship with the world.

The world is a very intense place at this time on our planet.

The world is big and large and loud and violent.

And bringing our attention all the way into our body,

Sometimes that feels powerful.

And sometimes it feels a little scary or vulnerable.

If all of our power is here,

Who's watching out for the world?

Who's protecting us?

And so can you feel whatever is coming up inside of you as I say all of this?

And relax your muscles.

In meditation,

The mind is offered space to put words,

Voice to the thoughts.

And then our body can come into harmony or disagreement with what those thoughts are from the mind.

So when we focus on the root chakra and feeling safe and our mind throws up red flags,

We can come back to the body and explore,

Like in this moment,

Is my body safe?

So if you're sitting in meditation with me,

Most likely you're in a safe enough space that you can close your eyes and go inward.

So you are safe.

In this moment you are safe.

Can you relax into that knowing that your body is showing you right now?

I'm safe to breathe.

I'm safe to feel.

I'm safe to explore this landscape inside of myself that has so much happening.

I'm safe to feel my energy chakras and how the energy is moving in those spaces.

I'm safe in this moment.

And can you feel how that body message quiets the activity of the mind?

The mind is aligning with the body.

Yes,

We are safe right now.

This is a good moment.

So relax your muscles and open your shoulders a little wider.

Lean back.

Allow your heart chakra to open.

If your root chakra feels safe,

Then your heart can open a little more.

I can start to trust that this moment is a beautiful one.

This moment of harmony,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your soul that brought you into this experience so that you could remember that you are safe.

So that you could remember that you can open your heart up.

The soul brings us the guidance,

The gifts that are going to hold us steady through whatever external tumultuous energy might be moving.

Meditation gives us the space to bring it all together.

The mind,

The body,

The soul.

So we relax into this moment.

We relax our muscles.

We feel the safety inside of our humanness.

We feel the quiet,

The calm of the mind.

The peacefulness in this moment inside the body.

This state of presence,

Awareness,

Now offers us a little room to look at these relationships.

So perhaps you just pick one this time as you listen and you can always come back and listen again and bring a new relationship or person into the visualization.

So for now pick one person and imagine in this feeling that you're in right now,

I'm safe,

My heart can stay open,

My mind,

My body,

My soul are at ease and harmonious.

Even if it's just for a moment like right now,

This is my current experience.

And from this place inside of me,

When I look with love at the relationship I'm bringing in front of my face,

So it might be your significant partner or a child,

A parent,

A best friend,

A co-worker,

Whoever comes forward in your awareness.

When you bring that person in front of you,

Imagine you can see them harmonious.

Even if they're not,

Can you visualize them at peace and ease within themselves?

What would they look like if if they were so content?

Mind,

Body,

Soul harmoniously synchronized in a way that feels calm and centered and they're grounded,

They're present in their body,

They're relaxed,

Their heart's open.

If you can see them in that way,

Can you feel the harmony between you right now and that one in front of you and that same vibration?

If your mind starts telling you it's not that,

It's not true,

Just acknowledge the mind probably is right and that's okay.

We're just visualizing,

We're in meditation,

We can visualize whatever we choose.

Right now we choose to see the person that we care about happy and harmonious and enjoying their reality right now,

Just like we are.

Perhaps you see them in meditation,

Perhaps you see them grinning at you because you're grinning and you can't not both grin at each other because you're in this beautiful harmonious experience of presence.

There's no story,

There's no drama,

There's no attachment.

Can you just see them?

Feel the joy in you to know that they also are happy and harmonious,

Like so good.

It feels so good when we all see each other in this way.

And then here's the gift,

This is the beautiful gift of an eclipse.

In the sign of Libra,

Imagine they turn into a mirror and you see yourself reflected back from that relationship.

Are you giving them this energy in your current reality of harmony and peace and joy and whatever's happening inside of your body right now?

Are you sending to them this primary person that's popped up in your visualization?

Are you sending them that energy?

Are you being that frequency when you're around them?

So the person in my visual I can see now,

I don't actually do that all the time,

Which is probably why I needed to sit down and make this meditation.

I'm not that,

I'm actually kind of cranky and quiet and in my thoughts and definitely not open-hearted all the time.

There's a lot happening inside of me that isn't always beauty and harmony showered out to the one that I love across from me.

Can you give yourself,

If you have a match to that,

You probably do have a match if you're listening to this meditation with me,

Can you give yourself compassion,

Love,

Grace,

This human thing?

We get all caught up.

Our thoughts,

My thoughts,

Get so busy and my body is trying to do all the things to move all the energy and then my body gets tired or I don't nourish my body enough.

I don't get enough rest or drink enough water or eat when I need to eat and then my body's depleted trying to manage the thoughts and it just becomes this whole thing.

So in this moment,

Can you give yourself grace,

Kindness,

A little humor at the absurdity of what we're trying to navigate in every moment and then you bring a relationship in front of us and we're supposed to engage with someone else who's having their whole thing while we're having our whole thing?

Like what?

Can you give yourself the biggest boost of love and reverence for how well,

This makes me want to cry,

Like how well we're doing.

How well we're doing and how much we're trying and how we're constantly,

If you're listening to meditation,

You probably are like me,

You're constantly wanting to improve how you are,

How you show up,

Who you be in this life.

Like you're wanting to make yourself the best version that you can be and when the ones we love the most are around us and we're not at our best then it's like we feel worse about ourselves because we're not even loving the ones we want to love the best that we can.

So some grace,

Some forgiveness,

Some kindness to ourselves in this meditation moment.

Bringing all that love that we feel for the others back into us knowing we're going to get another moment where we get to try again.

Our soul will put us in another situation or example or experience where we get another go.

We get to have another conversation and see if we can do that conversation better.

We get to have another love relationship,

Whatever it is that you're looking at in your meditation.

We get another try maybe with the same person,

Maybe with a different one.

So this right now is the work to be in meditation and to see the ways that we get to work on ourselves and make ourselves more kind,

More loving,

More aware,

More present.

And then when that moment appears with the other,

Whoever it is,

Whenever it is,

Our ability to be present lets us show up even better in the relationship.

And breath is a powerful reminder tool.

Eye contact is so important.

If you find,

You know,

You get that moment again or like the person I'm thinking of,

When they're in front of me this time,

I put my phone down and I look eye to eye and I take a big quiet breath,

Not the big dramatic sigh that I'm very good at,

The quiet breath inside of me that says I'm present,

I'm listening,

I'm so fully here,

My heart is open,

I'm grounded in my body,

I'm safe in this moment,

My root chakra is safe and so I can open my heart.

And then that full awareness allows us to be so present with the other.

We'll hear them differently,

We'll feel them differently,

Our hearts connect,

Our eyes are looking at each other,

And then there's this moment where perhaps you get to grin at the one that you love so much and laugh at how the last time you had this conversation you weren't as here as you are right now,

But right now you're here and you you are so present and aware and gifting this one that you care about with your full presence,

Your full self,

And they feel that and you feel that.

This is such magic in the full moon in Libra,

And meditation in the way that we're doing it here allows you to have that reminder switch turn on when you're in the conversation or in the moment and the reminder switch will have you put the phone down or will have you make direct eye contact,

Will have you smile,

Will have you bring your power,

Your focus back into your body so you're safe and you can listen with your heart.

And then co-creation is I don't get to control the other.

I only have autonomy over myself and so I show up better,

Clearer,

More present,

More kind,

More loving.

And when I do that there's more space for the other to show up in their best self too and I can't control who they are and what they do.

So bringing all of your power,

Your focus back into your body,

Allowing the one that you've been visualizing to smile at you,

Go off into their day,

Feel yourself fully here in your body in this moment,

Bringing this meditation time to a completion.

So you can wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes slowly,

Open your eyes,

Maybe look at just one thing in front of you and allow your physical reality and your internal landscape to harmonize.

Everything you see and feel in your meditation space,

It's real to you,

It's present to you,

And so is this 3D reality in which you open your eyes and find yourself.

Both are true and so how do you merge the awareness from inside of you into the external landscape?

One moment at a time.

You've got this.
