Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Let's take the next five minutes to ground ourselves in the present moment through the power of our breath.

Find a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes and start to turn your awareness inward.

Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your belly and your chest.

Hold it at the top for a moment,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Now we'll move into a simple breathwork pattern.

We'll inhale through our nose,

Exhale out our mouth,

And continue this breath pattern.

Notice any thoughts or sensations that arise.

Instead of getting caught up in them,

Simply observe them and let them pass,

Just like clouds in the sky.

Staying with this breath,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling out the mouth.

Beautiful.

Now let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

Perhaps you feel more grounded,

More present,

And more alive.

In these final moments,

Set an intention to carry the sense of presence with you throughout your day.

Remember,

You can always return to your breath to reconnect with the present moment anytime that you need it.

I'll slowly open your eyes and take a moment to reorient yourself to your surrounding.

You showed up for yourself today,

And I'm so proud of you.

You're exactly where you need to be,

Where you need to be,

Doing exactly what you need to do.

This haloactive breath is yours to use anytime,

Every single day.

It's a powerful tool to reset,

Refocus,

And reconnect with yourself.

Remember,

Just five minutes a day can make a huge difference.
