Hello and welcome to this 12 NLP Presuppositions Meditation.

My name is Vasyl Karamanov and I will be guiding you through this intermediate level meditation.

I call this an intermediate level meditation because it requires quite a bit of focused visualization.

NLP is simply the science of excellence,

The lost user manual of the brain.

And there are 12 principles which are called the 12 NLP Presuppositions which when listened to with an open mindset and understood can greatly foster an abundance of self-awareness,

Confidence,

Patience,

And even emotional intelligence.

Now as we start this meditation,

I invite you to be in a distraction-free environment,

Sitting with your spine straight for the best focus possible.

And with that said,

Begin by taking in deep,

Slow breaths in and out.

With every breath in,

Breathing in opportunity and breathing out any resistance.

That's right,

Continue to take a few more deep breaths in,

Deep inhales,

Deep exhales.

With each breath,

Now imagine a gentle wave of relaxation washing over you,

Guiding you inward into a journey of self-discovery,

Growth,

And powerful transformation.

Principle number one,

The map is not the territory.

Visualize yourself in a vast and diverse landscape filled with intricate details,

Textures,

And colors.

In your hand,

You hold a map of this landscape,

A mere representation of the territory you are in.

Recognize that your map is an abstraction,

Not reality itself.

And that everyone holds their unique map based on their beliefs,

Values,

And experiences.

As you navigate life,

Remember to be open to different perspectives.

Acknowledging that others may have different maps from your own.

Embrace the wisdom that lies in the differences and use this understanding to create a more compassionate and empathetic world.

Number two,

Experience has a structure.

Imagine your life experiences as an intricate puzzle,

With each memory and event forming a unique piece.

As you look at this puzzle,

Notice how the pieces fit together,

Visualize a beautiful and intricately woven tapestry,

Where each thread represents the connection between your mind and body.

Observe how your thoughts and emotions impact your physical state,

Embrace the idea that to achieve optimal health and happiness,

It is essential to nurture and care for both your mind and body.

Take a moment to assess your current mental and physical state,

And commit to cultivating practices that support harmony and balance between these two vital aspects of yourself.

Number four,

Choice is better than no choice.

Envision yourself standing at a crossroads with multiple paths stretching out before you.

Each path represents a choice,

An opportunity for growth,

Learning,

And self-discovery.

Acknowledge the power and freedom that comes with having choices,

And understand that the more options you have,

The more empowered you are to create the life that you desire.

As you move through life,

Continue to seek out new opportunities and cultivate a mindset of curiosity and exploration,

People have all the resources they need to succeed.

Picture a vast treasure chest within you,

Remember to tap into this inner wealth,

Encourage others to recognize their treasure chest as well,

Visualize yourself and others as travelers on a long and winding road,

Each on your unique journey through life.

Acknowledge that at every turn,

These choices may seem inadequate or even misguided,

But they represent the best options available at that moment.

Extend compassion and understanding to yourself and others,

By shifting your focus to the core intention,

The meaning of communication is the response you get.

Imagine yourself in a dynamic conversation,

Fully engaged with the other person.

Recognize that communication is a two-way street where the meaning of your message is not solely determined by your words or intentions,

Being willing to adjust your approach to ensure your message is truly understood.

We gain a new lens to view ourselves and the world.

Each breath brings a deeper understanding that everyone operates based on their unique experiences,

Perceptions and beliefs.

And your subconscious now has the powerful lessons from the 12 NLP presuppositions which will serve you in living your life to the fullest so that you can create more success,

Abundance and fulfillment in your life.

In a moment,

I'm going to bring you out of this deep,

Relaxed state,

Back to your normal,

Functioning,

Focused self.

Ready to enjoy everything we have worked on today.

And at any point in life,

When you want to increase your self-awareness and emotional intelligence,

Revisit this meditation on the 12 NLP presuppositions.

So I'm going to count to five.

And when we reach five,

You will feel refreshed and ready.

One,

Start to be aware of your fingers and toes and start wiggling them around.

Two,

You are becoming aware of the rest of your body.

Three,

You are taking a deep breath and becoming aware of your surroundings.

Four,

And open your eyes,

Have a look around,

I went pretty deep and my conscious mind was drifting towards the latter half. I was able to recognize that I've already learned a good number of these in other forms through therapy and many other places. So that was wonderful validation! I hope my subconscious caught the rest. Lol
