You will feel love, compassion, and deep relaxation. You will also feel refreshed and ready to begin or end your day with gratitude. It is all up to you. This meditation will encourage you to leave all judgements behind, along with stagnant energy as you bring your awareness into the present moment.

You may begin seated,

Laying down,

Most importantly finding yourself in a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to be supported and your mind to settle into this space,

Noticing your breath.

With every breath in,

Feel your chest expand,

Knowing you're drawing in fresh,

Clean,

Crisp,

Cleansing air,

And with every exhalation,

Releasing any stagnant energy,

Just letting go,

Finding the rhythm that best suits your body,

Keeping yourself in a comfortable space,

Free of all judgment,

Noticing where your mind goes,

Where your thoughts are,

Just allowing them to gently pass by,

Relaxing your mind and body deeper and deeper with every breath.

Feel your shoulders fall further away from your ears,

The top of your head towards the sky,

Imagining that beautiful platinum connection with the divinity above you,

Infinitely upwards,

And feeling that deep connection with the earth beneath you,

Allowing yourself to feel completely supported,

Relaxing deeper and deeper.

Allow that platinum light to be moving through and around your body,

Clearing the energy space around you,

Washing off others' energy that may have attached to you.

Maybe you're holding on to something that you're ready to let go of,

All with ease and grace,

Just gently allowing it to rinse away into the earth beneath you.

It's as though that earth energy is just waiting for that excess energy to be recycled,

Transmuted into something positive.

Give yourself permission to take as much time as you need to let go of any of the worries or anxieties,

And just slowly allow your mind and body to center,

Calm,

Connect in with that deep soul of yourself,

Right in the center of your chest.

Perhaps you imagine that platinum light moving down through the top of your head and flowing all the way through your body,

As if you're in this free space,

Weightless,

Present,

Centered.

Maybe you imagine yourself dropping off all the way to the world,

As if you've unzipped a coat around your body and let it fall into the earth,

Leaving you free and light.

Imagine the space around your heart in the upper chest with this beautiful golden glow of love,

Warmth,

Gratitude.

Maybe it starts as a small little spark of love.

Maybe it flickers until the flame can get just a little bit bigger,

Giving yourself permission to unconditionally love,

Starting within you,

Your own space,

Your own self.

Maybe you need a little assistance to find gratitude and love for your own self.

Allow an image to come into your mind that brings a smile,

That joy,

Maybe an infant's face or a picture of a puppy or a kitty cat,

Or a moment that you've experienced that filled your heart with just the uttermost joyfulness that you can imagine.

Feel the warmth of that joy as it expands slowly,

Fully throughout your heart space.

Maybe you imagine it as that spark or flame warming up the center of your chest with love.

Allow yourself to feel that love expand through every aspect of your body,

Allowing this love to move out any worries,

Any anxiety,

Any physical or emotional pain.

If you're noticing any tension anywhere within your space,

Just allow your breath and that platinum light to move through and that flame to remove anything.

Releasing old thought patterns,

Behaviors,

Any energy that no longer is needed in your energy field at this time.

As you release this older energy,

It creates space for more love,

More gratitude and more joy to fill your heart space.

As you fill up your body,

Your mind,

That space around your body,

And as this love continues to grow,

Maybe you imagine yourself in a ball of light and love,

Golden,

Yellow,

Shimmering,

Shining.

Taking as much time as you need to continue to ignite that spark within you.

And as this love grows within your body,

Your mind,

Know that what you are doing is giving yourself and others around you permission to also love.

Notice if any emotions arise.

Perhaps it's difficult to find love for yourself.

Allow those emotions to move through your body and out of you,

Holding on to only the purest form of you,

That love space.

If your mind drifts off and starts worrying or thinking,

Just imagine an image in your space around you of a bubble filled with golden,

Loving light,

Lifting you up,

Elevating your spirit.

Feel this love as it surrounds you.

Perhaps you notice a sense of relaxation tingling through your body,

Warmth in the palms of your hands.

Let go of all judgment.

It may take longer.

Maybe you sit in this moment for several moments,

Several minutes,

As long as it takes to feel a heaviness of complete relaxation,

A weightlessness of surrender.

Trusting that you are unconditionally loved and supported,

Knowing that that support beneath you from the earth energy is moving through all aspects of your body,

Your mind,

Your space.

And as this love energy of gratitude moves through you,

Know that it's revitalizing,

Healing,

Energizing every cell,

Every muscle,

All the tissues,

Every organ.

It's as though you're resetting your entire body,

Letting go of any anger,

Any judgment,

Worry,

And feeling the warmth of love all around your body.

Having patience for yourself to adapt to a different way of thinking and feeling.

The more love we can fill within our own hearts,

The more love we can generate and give to those around us.

Creating more truth,

More authenticity,

More community,

All for the highest good,

The greater collective.

This creates a greater sense of compassion for ourselves and for others.

Knowing that we live an impersonal life,

The more compassionate and understanding we are of ourselves,

The more we can be compassionate and understanding of those around us.

We then become a little less reactive,

Allowing ourselves to be in a state of neutrality and understanding.

You'll notice over time a sense of understanding,

More patience,

Just allowing yourself to be in each present moment.

Allowing yourself to rewire your mind,

Rewriting your story,

Creating the life that you desire,

All beginning from that beautiful little spark in the center of your heart.

Notice the vibration of love,

The frequency of gratitude as it moves through your body.

Is there anywhere left in you that may have tension?

You may feel restricted.

Drawing your breath and that love into those spaces,

Every dark crevice,

Every shadow.

The more our hearts are filled with love,

The more forgiveness we can have for ourselves and for others around us.

If you find yourself overthinking,

Overanalyzing,

Imagine there being a tube of white light moving through the top of your head infinitely upwards.

Allow those thoughts to just gently flow out of you into the sky.

Noticing your breath and the calmness.

Maybe you notice the rhythm of your heart.

Every breath going deeper and deeper into a more relaxed state of being.

The more relaxed we come,

The more our bodies can settle in.

The quicker they heal,

Taking us into a state of calmness and peace,

Allowing your heart to overflow with joy.

Being kind and patient.

There'll be days when this may be simple and easy.

Just sit down,

Close your eyes,

Take a few deep breaths,

Feeling all the energy wash away from you.

There may be other days where it may take longer.

More breaths.

More letting go.

Once again,

Giving yourself some compassion.

To allow that old energy to unfold at its own pace.

We're not forcing anything.

We're just allowing it to happen.

We're creating a space filled with unconditional love and joy.

Maybe you allow your face to have a smile and feel as you create that smile,

Feel a little joy as it elevates through your heart.

Oftentimes we have old behaviors and old thoughts,

Maybe learned or inherited,

That could be negative,

Like a self-sabotage.

Just allow those thoughts of self-sabotage to be absorbed into the earth.

Allow yourself to draw in more positive thoughts,

More compassion,

More forgiveness.

It's as though you're just here in this moment,

In a space of nothingness,

Complacency,

Joy.

Allow that feeling of joy to create a peacefulness throughout you.

Maybe you notice the space around your body clear,

Like a bright light.

Maybe you're still within that encapsulated bubble of love,

Floating.

Allow your creative imagination to move through your thoughts.

Perhaps you imagine yourself now laying in that bubble,

Floating weightlessly in a state of complete joy,

Knowing there's nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to go.

You're just being.

The more you practice this,

The deeper you go.

Can you imagine your mind and body in complete happiness,

Contentment,

Acceptance?

Where are your thoughts at?

Free like a bird,

Flying through the sky.

Just allow them to easily come back into your space.

Notice what loving yourself feels like.

Your mind and body free of all thoughts,

Just noticing,

Being present,

Feeling the gratitude and joy expanding from your heart space,

Radiating out there.

Now allow in your mind's eye an image to appear.

No judgment,

No analytics.

What was the first image that came into your mind?

Allow this image to be a reminder of this loving space that you've created.

Maybe you saw a rose,

A flower of any type,

A butterfly.

Maybe your mind's eye showed you nothing and it's just a sensation of joy.

Allow that symbol and that sensation to be a reminder of self-love,

Unconditional love,

Feeling worthy of all the joy that you can create.

And as your body and mind continue to feel free and light,

Filled with love,

Begin to draw your attention back into your body,

Taking a moment to notice.

If all your attention is released,

If all the stagnant energy is gone,

Can you draw in just a little bit more love,

A little more light into any areas that you may still be holding on to anything?

And then allowing your energy to slowly move back into your body,

Imagining that bubble of love just floating away.

Maybe it multiplies into more bubbles,

Dropping love throughout your community,

Bringing joy and contentment to all those ready to receive.

Begin noticing your breath,

Coming back into your body.

Begin noticing your fingers,

Your toes,

Finding some easy,

Gentle movement.

Feel the connection that you have with the earth,

Noticing the shift in your energy from when you first started this meditation till now,

Acknowledging how far you've come and where you're at.

Allow yourself to take that symbol of love with you throughout the day,

The weeks,

The months ahead of you.

And allow that inner light of love to shine brightly through your eyes,

Your smile,

Your body,

Bringing joy to all those that you encounter.

And so it is.
