This is a short simple meditation that will leave you centered and grounded. The track begins with awareness of the body and the breath creating a connection that will allow you to begin your day peacefully and calmly. The music in the background is from Inner Calm Mindscape.

Find yourself seated comfortably in a position that feels good within your body.

Allow your eyes to close gently down or gaze slightly out in front of you.

Become aware of your breath knowing that each breath in you're bringing in fresh clean oxygenated air and with every breath out you're releasing any energy that no longer serves you.

Allowing your exhalation to be slightly longer than the inhalation.

Allowing your shoulders to fall away from your ears.

Noticing the alignment of your spine,

Your shoulders over your hips,

Your head up towards the sky.

Just allowing yourself to be in this moment.

Becoming more and more present with every breath.

Allowing your mind to sink into a deeper state of relaxation.

Imagine your body connecting deep down into the very center of the earth.

Allowing that earth energy to flow through you.

Invigorating,

Revitalizing every cell,

Every muscle,

Every organ within your body.

Allowing that divine light to flow through the top of your head,

Rinsing and clearing.

Allowing space to open up to bring in more love,

More positive energy.

Grounding,

Centering,

Becoming present,

Sinking deeper and deeper with every breath into a more relaxed state of being.

Notice where your thoughts are at,

Allow them to just drift on by.

Perhaps you notice a tingling sensation,

A warmth in the palm of your hands as your body goes into a deeper state of relaxation as the energy begins to shift.

Noticing your heart rate,

The ease and flow of your breath.

Taking a moment to notice your physical body,

Your energetic body.

Doing a scan from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Looking for any tension,

Tightness.

And allow your breath and that energy to flow through your body.

Tightness.

And allow your breath and that beautiful platinum divine energy to flow through every aspect of you.

Giving your body and mind permission to let go of whatever it is that no longer is serving you at this moment.

Creating space for more love to fill.

Giving yourself permission to release old thought patterns or behaviors.

Essentially,

You're allowing your body and mind to update and reboot into present time.

For the past no longer serves us,

Those old behaviors.

Creating the latest updated version of yourself.

Feel the joy in your heart and that deep knowingness that the divine is guiding you and leading you in all aspects of your life.

Feel the ease and the pressure self-imposed or others with that knowingness.

Trusting you are in the perfect moment.

Letting go of control and allowing your life to unfold in front of you effortlessly.

Setting your intention for the future.

Setting your intentions to create more beauty,

More peace,

More positivity all around you.

The more centered and grounded you become,

With every breath allowing yourself to sink deeper into a more relaxed state,

A healthier place of being.

Releasing any worries or anxieties.

Feeling that deep sense of calmness,

Serenity,

Peace.

Allow your mind to gently drift off into a state of relaxation.

Feel the peace and quiet and enjoy the stillness in this moment.

What is it that you would like to achieve today?

Allowing yourself to set your intentions of how you'd like to be in this moment.

Continuing this moment throughout the day.

Maybe your intention is to be more calm or less reactive.

Know that whenever you feel a heightened sense of urgency,

You can come back to this state of stillness.

Know that whenever you feel a heightened sense of urgency,

You can come back to this state of deep relaxation by simply taking three deep breaths and allowing your body to surrender,

Bringing all of your energy back into this moment.

Notice the difference in how your mind and body feel at this moment versus when you first began this meditation.

Allow yourself to take this peacefulness with you throughout your day.

And as you gently begin to bring your energy and your mind back into your physical body,

Noticing every aspect of yourself,

Feeling this deep sense of peace and comfort.

Begin to find some easy,

Gentle movements,

Wiggling your toes,

Stretching out your fingers,

Your hands,

Your arms,

Gently rolling out your neck.

And then when your body feels comfortable and complete,

Allow your eyes to gently blink open,

Noticing the environment around you.

May the day be bright and filled with laughter and love.
