In just a few moments you will find yourself drifting into a peaceful and calm space. You will be able to let go of worry and anxiety bringing your mind and body into a place of peace and contentment.

Begin comfortably seated or laying down,

Allowing your body to connect with the surface beneath you,

Feeling the earth energy move up through you,

Releasing any excess energy that may still be hanging on within your space.

Allow yourself to be in this moment,

Noticing your breath,

The relaxation in your shoulders,

Your back,

Your hips,

Drawing in all of your energy from the day,

Bringing it into this moment,

Creating a space of surrender and acceptance.

Fill yourself with every breath coming into the present moment,

Letting go of all resistance or any tugs or pulls that bring you into a different space.

Being here in the now with every breath,

Allowing yourself to come into a deeper state of relaxation.

Every breath moving deeper and deeper,

Trusting each process,

Each breath,

Unwinding,

Releasing any tension from the day,

Any conversations,

Releasing any excess energy or anxiety or worry.

Just drawing your attention once again into this moment.

And then imagining just above your head,

Several feet,

This beautiful,

Bright platinum silvery light with gold sparkles,

Allowing this light to gently fall and caress over your entire space,

Your body,

Your energy,

Like a waterfall or a shower,

Just rinsing,

Cleansing,

Purifying every aspect of you.

Feel the release and the sensations as your body and mind let go and become more and more into this present moment.

Imagining this platinum light as it moves down through the top of your forehead,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Letting go of any tension.

And then moving down through your eyes,

Your vision,

Your eyesight,

Continuing to heal and get better every time you come into this deeper state of relaxation.

Feel this platinum energy as it moves down through your sinus cavities,

Releasing any tension in your jaw joints,

Relaxing the tongue,

The lips,

The chin,

Your whole face feeling completely relaxed.

Perhaps you feel a slight tingling sensation through your scalp or gentle heat through the palms of your hands as the energy begins to shift,

Allowing yourself to go deeper and deeper into a more relaxed state of meditation with every breath.

Surrendering,

Trusting,

Letting go.

Allow this platinum energy with the gold sparkles to move down through your throat.

Healing,

Repairing every cell,

Every gland,

Every organ within your body.

And as this beautiful platinum silvery light flows over the top of your head,

Gently releasing any tension in your neck,

Activating the pineal gland,

Stimulating your intuition,

That knowingness that's always been inside of you bringing it forward.

Allowing this energy to release any tension in your neck,

The shoulders.

Feel every sensation of relaxation that you are creating by simply becoming aware of this moment.

Allowing my voice to guide you into a happier,

More healthier state of being.

Notice this energy as it flows down through the front of your body.

Feel the release in your collarbones,

Your upper chest,

Just gently flowing down through the sternum,

The lungs.

Knowing that the digestive system,

Respiratory system,

Endocrine system,

All the hormones,

All your body aligning,

Coming into synchronicity and harmony,

Working together to create your body's optimal performance.

Allow this energy to just gently,

Easily flow down through your middle belly,

The lower belly,

Aligning the intestinal track,

The reproductive track.

The entire front of your body is in alignment.

And then noticing this platinum silvery light as it flows down through your upper back.

Feel your shoulders fall away from your ears,

Your shoulder blades relax,

Releasing any tension that may be stored.

The upper back surrenders,

The middle back releases,

Surrenders.

Moving down into the lower spine,

Releasing and aligning every single vertebrae,

All the meniscus,

The discs in between each vertebrae,

Allowing the canal,

The foramen to be open to just exactly the perfect diameter that your body needs to be in optimal health and well being.

Feel the surrender and release in your glutes.

Wrapping around to the front of your hips,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Letting go of any tension.

Sinking deeper and deeper with every breath into relaxation.

Feel the energy now move through the top of your quadriceps,

The front of your thighs,

The backs of your thighs,

Releasing,

Relaxing any energy that you might be hanging on to.

Notice it moving through your knees,

Lubricating every joint,

The synovial fluid lubricating,

Allowing ease and freedom of movement,

Healing,

Repairing.

Gently moving down through the front of your shins,

The backs of your calves,

The tops of your feet,

The heels of your feet moving down under and around the bottoms of your feet,

Clearing the pathway out in front of you.

Allowing yourself to be the creator of your next step,

While noticing the deep sense of relaxation that you've created within your physical and emotional,

Energetic and spiritual body.

Acknowledge the knowingness,

That sense and feeling within you,

Knowing you are divinely guided.

You can't get this wrong.

Allow yourself,

Give yourself permission regardless of past experiences to accept what is at this moment.

Allow your entire body to feel relaxed,

Supported,

Unconditionally loved.

Noticing if there's any tension in any area within your body,

Maybe your neck,

You release a little bit more,

Your shoulders,

The upper back,

Releasing any tension you may have in the glutes,

Your hips,

The thighs.

Relaxing your knees a little bit deeper with every breath.

Allow this deep feeling of relaxation to move through you.

Taking a moment to notice your body.

Just checking to see if there's any areas that could use a little bit extra attention.

Bringing your awareness to those spots,

Allowing them to be free and released.

Once your entire mind,

Body and space feels clear,

Content,

Filled with unconditional love and peace.

Allow yourself to begin to draw all of your energy back into your body.

Bringing yourself back into your own space,

Into your own presence.

Gently begin to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Find some easy movement to bring you back in to this presence and allow the rest of your weeks to be filled with love,

Gratitude and peace.
