Creating the intention to loss weight by imagining yourself already in your ideal body. This mediation will bring you into acceptance of who you are and who you will become. Allow yourself to be openminded and ready to give your body permission to effortlessly shift in to your optimal body weight.

Let's begin with three deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,
Breathe in and out,
One more and out.
Feel the relaxation as it moves through your entire body,
From the top of your head,
Over your shoulders,
Down through your back,
Through the front of your body,
All the way down through your legs,
And imagining roots moving down through the bottom of your feet,
All the way deep into the center of the earth,
Connecting you with that loving unconditional earth energy,
Centering you,
Grounding you.
Feel the warmth and the love moving up through your body as that earth energy moves through you.
And then at the same time,
Imagine that direct connection with that divine energy moving infinitely upwards and gently flowing down through you,
Connecting with that earth energy,
Allowing these two energies to move through your body,
Raising your energetic vibration,
Invigorating all of your cells,
Revitalizing your energy system,
Every organ,
Every cell,
With every breath,
Allowing your body to sink into a deeper state of relaxation.
Drawing in your energy back into this moment,
Into your own space.
Notice your entire body.
Draw your breath and the earth energy and that divine flow of energy into any areas where you may feel stagnant,
Stuck.
Perhaps parts of your physical body have tension or aches.
Maybe you're healing an old injury.
Allow your breath to direct your energy into those areas to release.
Bringing in healing energy to repair,
Restore,
To whatever it is that your physical body needs to operate at its peak performance.
Imagining that twisted ankle healed in perfection,
Walking effortlessly,
Free of any pain or discomfort.
Or perhaps you have a shoulder or tension in your neck.
Feel that tension gone and that discomfort of the shoulder healed.
Feel the knowingness within your entire body of complete physical health and well-being.
All your body systems are working in synchronicity at your body's optimal level for health.
Feel the stability in your breath,
Your heart rate.
Maybe you take a few more deep breaths,
Relaxing your mind,
Your shoulders.
With every breath out,
Connecting deeper and deeper into the center of the earth,
Surrendering,
Releasing.
Feeling that peacefulness and unconditional love all around you.
Perhaps you notice tingling in the palms of your hands or little wave-like motions as the energy begins to shift and unwind.
Feel that connection you've created with your mind and body,
Trusting you are exactly where you're supposed to be at this moment.
Letting go of all past experiences or programs,
Behaviors that no longer are serving you.
Creating space for new opportunities,
New behaviors,
New patterns.
Creating magic of the future that you desire.
What in your life do you desire?
What is it that you would like to create effortlessly?
Perhaps the area you're working on is your physical health.
Maybe your desire is to lose weight.
Allow this time to imagine yourself being at your ideal weight.
Notice how your body feels.
Notice the lightness in your shoulders,
Your legs.
You're no longer carrying that extra weight that was feeling heavy and burdensome on your body.
As you imagine yourself at your physical ideal weight,
Notice the ease of movement.
Feel the energetic clearing around your body,
Releasing and forgiving any energies that may have assisted in that weight gain to begin with.
Notice the difference on how your clothes fit.
See yourself in your ideal form.
Feel within your body,
Your mind,
And within all of your energy fields,
What it's like to be ideal in your eyes.
Know that you are perfect,
Exactly as you are at this moment.
Creating the future that you desire in your ideal healthy body weight.
Allowing your spine to have a rest.
Knowing that when you are at your ideal weight,
Your body can move with ease,
Freedom,
More efficiently.
Enhancing the energy that you have,
Allowing you to sleep better at night.
How would this ideal weight affect those around you?
Would it give you some more freedom to do things you weren't able to do before?
See yourself doing those things.
Maybe it's walking further distances with an ease of breath.
Perhaps it's putting on that favorite shirt that no longer is tight.
Maybe it's just the image of yourself in your mirror,
Seeing the beauty and the glory of all you are.
Feel yourself releasing all of the burdens that contributed to the weight gain in the first place.
Sending forgiveness to those around you,
Or those in the past that may have hurt you in a way where you felt the need to protect yourself.
Sending forgiveness to yourself for going through a difficult time where maybe it wasn't easy for you to move.
Letting go of the past experiences that brought you to where you are now.
Seeing and feeling yourself the way you desire to be.
Allow the feeling of how you desire to be.
Move through your body as if it's already happened.
Feel that joy,
That freedom.
Maybe you see yourself dancing in your kitchen,
Or perhaps you see yourself moving freely at a gym class.
Whatever it is you desire,
Allow that feeling to move within you,
Through you,
Through every aspect of your life.
Notice the joy of those around you,
Feeding off your happiness.
Feel that ripple effect moving through your family,
Your friends,
Coworkers.
Can you feel that joy moving up through your heart?
Perhaps you allow a smile to come to your face when you see yourself as you are,
With that desired body image.
Feel the difference around you as you continue with this journey of your ideal body weight and your desire to be.
Imagine yourself as an image,
Knowing all the while that that unconditional earth energy is moving through you,
Helping you create the life that you desire.
The more often you imagine yourself feeling what it's like to be your ideal physical being,
The more you send that energy out into the universe,
Allowing that energy to be created.
Notice your breath,
Your body.
Feel the lightness in this space as you create the future that you desire,
Knowing that your health is in your control.
Your weight loss,
Your ideal body weight,
Happening with ease,
Almost effortlessly.
The shifting you creating,
All with divine intention,
Ease and grace,
Optimal body health,
Allowing yourself to feel the joy.
The ease of movement within your body.
The tasks that at one point felt overwhelming or challenging are now easy,
Graceful.
You have an infinite amount of energy,
Happiness,
Joy.
So allow yourself to absorb all of this positive energy moving through your body,
Letting go of any judgment,
Any resistance,
Just allowing that divine energy to move through you,
Around you.
Within you.
Allowing your body and mind to be connected so you may move more efficiently with a direction in mind and intention.
Allowing yourself to enjoy things that you may have said no to with regret in the past.
Now take the next few moments to find gratitude for yourself.
Thanking yourself for honoring your body as it is and honoring your body as it will be.
Feel the love that you have deep,
Deep,
Deep in the heart of your soul for your physicality.
Reminding yourself that you are love.
Repeating within your mind,
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
And allowing that vibration of love to move through every aspect of your body as if you're giving yourself an energetic hug,
Holding tightly,
Just feeling love for yourself.
And allowing that love to radiate out into the world.
Allowing this unconditional love to remain within your body and around you at all times.
When you find yourself in your daily activities in judgment,
Notice and then let go of that judgment.
Allow it to move through you and then come back into this space of your own unconditional self-love.
Allow that self-love vibration to cleanse any negative thoughts or behaviors.
Then allow your awareness to come back into your physical body.
Taking notice of your deep relaxation,
Appreciation,
And gratitude.
Feel the difference in your body at this moment versus when you first started.
Feel the joy moving around your heart space in the center of your chest.
Feel the fullness in your belly of love,
Joy.
Notice the ease of your breath,
The letting go,
And the surrendering.
Then begin some easy,
Gentle movements.
Wiggling your fingers,
Maybe gently moving your head side to side.
Allowing yourself to gently,
Effortlessly fluttering your eyes open.
Observing the room around you.
Bringing yourself back into the day,
Into this moment.
