Find a comfortable spot,

Seated or laying down,

Allowing your eyes to close softly or gaze slightly out in front of you.

Become aware of your breath,

Your body,

Noticing how you're feeling,

Creating a simple mind and body connection,

Allowing yourself to come into this moment,

Allowing yourself to be comfortable in a place of acceptance of how you are in this moment.

Allow your breath to draw in new fresh air,

Revitalizing all aspects within and around you.

Let every breath out,

Release any stagnant energy,

Energy that no longer is needed in your body or your space.

With every breath in,

Fill your body,

Surrender into this moment,

Allowing yourself to be in a space of acceptance of what is,

Resting your analytical mind,

The logical mind,

And bringing forward that creative aspect of you,

Your intuition,

That gut feeling,

A knowingness that's deep within your body.

Allow yourself to feel the guidance of the divine,

Knowing that there's no wrong decision,

No wrong choice,

It's all in perfect harmony.

When life throws us curveballs,

We have to dodge and weave and decide which direction to go.

Remind yourself to come back into this space,

Allowing your mind to relax deeper with every breath,

Surrendering,

Grounding,

Connecting.

Once again,

Finding that calm place of complete acceptance,

Reminding yourself that what you've been through is just making you stronger,

More joyful for what you're going to be going through.

When you take the time out to care for yourself,

To breathe,

Acknowledge your body,

Your energy,

Your soul can shine brighter,

Clearer,

Stronger,

Simply filled with this wonderful joy and contentment of love and gratitude,

Knowing that you are divinely guided.

Feel the peace within your body with this knowingness.

Notice if you have any tension in your hands,

Your legs,

Your shoulders.

Consciously relax every aspect of you,

Breathing easily,

Calmly,

Allowing yourself to go into a space of nothingness,

No thoughts,

Just being,

A subtle awareness of your physical and mental body,

Keeping that connection.

Feel the knowingness that you can access this state of being anytime you desire by simply taking a few deep breaths,

Relaxing your shoulders,

And once you feel complete,

Grounded and centered,

Calm and peaceful,

Allow your energy to gently become back into your body,

A gentle liveliness,

Awakening yourself at your own pace,

Allowing yourself to go through the rest of your days with joy and love in your heart.
