Find a comfortable seat,

A place where your body can just drop into this moment,

Releasing any worry,

Any anxiety,

Just becoming aware of your breath and your body,

Listening to the sound of the rain as it cleanses and clears your body,

Allowing yourself to become present with every breath,

Feel your body begin to settle into this space,

Drawing up all your energy,

Bringing it back inside,

And letting go of energy that isn't yours,

Letting the earth absorb anything that no longer is serving you.

No matter what has been going on around you,

Allow your attention to be in this present moment,

And notice as you bring your attention inward,

Feel your body surrender,

Relax,

Let go,

Finding that gentle space of peace and calmness,

Knowing that right now is all that matters.

As you begin to draw your attention into the center of your head behind your eyes,

There's a quiet spot there,

A peaceful place,

Accessible at any moment.

Maybe you imagine yourself in the center of your head behind your eyes,

Feeling that calmness,

That peace,

And imagine yourself in your mind's eye looking infinitely upwards and noticing this beautiful platinum silvery light with gold sparkles of creativity gently flowing down your skin.

Maybe you imagine it as a waterfall flowing over your body,

Rinsing,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Just as the rain rinses and clears the earth.

Allow this platinum energy to wash away all that no longer serves you.

Imagining the earth energy beneath your feet,

Removing all that excess energy,

Absorbing it,

Recycling it,

Transmuting it into something positive.

With every breath,

Allowing yourself to fall into a deeper state of relaxation.

Imagining this platinum light flowing over the top of your head,

Moving down over your forehead,

Feeling that deep relaxation around your eyebrows,

Moving down through your eyes,

Gently flowing over your cheeks,

Your nose,

Rinsing,

Clearing your sinus cavities,

Noticing your ears.

Perhaps you notice a tingling sensation as the energy shifts through your body,

Energy shifts through your body,

Going deeper and deeper into a healthier state of being.

Feeling that platinum light as it releases any tension in the jaw joints,

Your lips,

Your tongue,

Your chin,

Your entire face completely relaxed.

Bringing your attention to the front of your throat,

Allowing the platinum light to move through it,

Your breath.

And then allowing this platinum light to move down through the back of your head,

Activating the pineal gland,

Stimulating your intuition,

Moving down through the base of the skull,

The back of the neck,

The upper shoulders.

Allowing your breath and this platinum light to relax all of the postural muscles in your neck,

And upper body,

Releasing any stress or tension that you may be holding on to,

And allowing the platinum light to move down through the back of your head,

Allowing every breath to bring you into this present moment,

Deeper and deeper.

Imagining that platinum light flowing down through the upper back,

Flowing down through the upper arms,

The elbows,

Through your forearms,

The wrists,

The tops of your hands,

The palms of your hands,

Out through the tips of your fingers.

Maybe you notice a subtle warmth through the palm of your hands,

Surrendering into the mat,

Into the couch,

The chair,

Wherever you may find yourself,

Knowing that you are supported.

You always have that earth underneath you,

To raise you up,

Support you unconditionally.

And then as this platinum light continues to move through the upper back,

Feel all of the tension and stress and worry leave between your shoulder blades,

The middle back,

The lower back,

Allowing every vertebrae to be gently aligned within your body for your perfect health.

And then moving to the front of your chest,

Relaxing the clavicles,

The collarbones,

Flowing down through the upper chest,

The sternum,

The lower back,

The upper arms,

The wrists,

Flowing down through the upper chest,

The sternum,

Moving down through the middle of the body,

Every organ,

Every cell,

Every muscle,

Healing,

Repairing,

Rejuvenating with every breath,

Every body system,

Aligning,

Integrating,

Working in harmony for your optimal health and well-being.

This energy moves down through the entire torso,

Through the intestines,

The digestive tract,

The reproductive organs,

The hips,

Moving down through the back of the legs,

The glutes,

The upper thighs,

The hamstrings,

The front of the thighs.

Again,

Being aware of the subtle sensations of relaxation,

Tingling,

Wave-like feeling,

A sense of deep relaxation,

Moving down through the knees,

The front of the shins,

The backs of the calves,

Over the tops of the feet,

Down through the heels,

Moving out beneath you,

Through the soles of the feet,

Moving out in front of you,

Clearing out the past,

Moving out in front of you,

Moving out in front of you,

Through the soles of the feet,

Moving out in front of you,

Clearing out the path,

Knowing that you are divinely guided.

And then as we pause to notice our physical body,

Noticing if there's any tension,

Areas of pain or discomfort,

Allowing your breath and that platinum light energy to move through those areas until you feel completely relaxed.

Notice your emotional body.

If anything comes up to be released,

Allow it to move through your body.

As if your body is one with the earth beneath you,

Flowing freely,

Just gently rinsing,

Cleansing,

Healing.

Noticing the rise and fall of your chest,

The rhythmic sensations of your body,

Knowing that you can access this deep state of relaxation by allowing yourself to become more aware of your breath,

Your body,

Becoming more present in this moment.

Allow yourself to stay in this moment,

Allow yourself to stay in this moment until you feel peace and serenity throughout every aspect of this space around you and within you.

And then when you are ready,

When you are ready,

You can allow your energy to slowly,

Gently come back into your body.

Maybe you allow yourself to be in the center of your head behind your eyes,

Noticing the difference from when we first started till now.

Becoming aware of the difference.

You may stay as you are,

You may begin to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Finding gentle movement.

And then just allow your eyes to gently flutter open with a smile on your face.
