Find yourself in a comfortable seated position or laying down.

Become aware of your breath,

Your body,

Allowing the inhalation to move in slowly,

Deeply through your nose,

And exhaling out through your mouth.

A deep breath in,

Feeling it move all the way up through your spine,

Through the top of your head,

And exhaling out.

Deep grounding breath in and out,

Finding your natural rhythm,

Your natural rate.

Just gathering up your energy,

Bringing it into this moment with every breath.

Feel your shoulders falling away from your ears.

With every breath,

Moving into a more relaxed state of being,

Allowing your thoughts to move away from you,

And your attention to draw inwards to your heart.

Imagine your feet sinking deep,

Deep,

Deep down into the center of the earth,

Grounding,

Connecting you,

Centering you.

Imagine a golden ball of light two inches below your belly button,

The Tandion.

Imagine that Tandion moving down as a golden rod,

Anchoring deep also into the center of the earth.

And then imagine through the top of your head,

A beam of golden light,

Platinum light,

Moving down through your power column,

All the way down into the center of the earth.

Feeling a connection with the divine,

Infinitely upwards,

And all the way down into the center of the earth.

Allowing every cell within your body to be rejuvenated,

Every organ,

Every muscle,

All aspects of you being energized,

Revitalized,

Moving into your natural state of being.

Connecting with the soul of yourself,

Noticing the thoughts that you have about yourself.

Maybe they were learned,

Maybe they were reprogrammed from this lifetime or others.

Allow yourself to reprogram any of those negative thought patterns or behaviors into something filled with love and gratitude.

So allow yourself to be in a state of complete gratitude,

Noticing what brings you joy,

What fills your heart with laughter.

Maybe it's an image of a child or a kitten or a puppy,

Or simply a red rose.

Without overthinking,

Overanalyzing,

Just notice what comes into your thoughts.

Maybe it's a knowingness of this symbol.

Maybe in your mind's eye,

A symbol appeared.

You can't get this wrong.

But allow that gratifying symbol to expand that feeling of love through your heart,

Feeling it expand around your entire body,

All layers of yourself,

Filling up with gratitude,

Unconditional love.

If your mind wanders or self-talk comes in,

Just notice it.

Allow it to pass by like a floating cloud.

And then bring your attention to that heart space.

Allowing yourself to become more and more aware of the infinite supply of love flowing through your feet,

From the earth,

Up through your calves,

Thighs,

Your torso,

All the way up,

Infinitely upwards.

And allowing that divine love to flow over the top of your head,

Over your shoulders,

Releasing any tension,

Any worry,

Feeling the support beneath you,

Giving yourself permission to release all of those older patterns conscious,

Unconscious,

Learned,

Programmed,

Passed on.

It's irreverent of where they came from.

More important is that you give them permission to go back into the universe,

To be recycled into something positive.

Opening up space for that unconditional love,

That symbol that brings you joy,

Reminding yourself all the time of how beautiful and loved you are.

Allowing yourself to repeat,

Either out loud or in your head,

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

You may insert your name after the I love you.

You can also remind yourself,

You are fully supported.

I am fully supported.

I am completely and unconditionally supported.

I support myself now.

Allowing these words to settle in,

Feeling the gentle sensations of deep relaxation,

As with every breath,

You surrender and sink just a little deeper into that relaxed state of being.

Feel the love around your heart space,

Deepening,

Growing,

Flush of warm waves through your body.

Now imagine yourself wrapped in a blanket of unconditional love,

As if you're giving yourself a big hug,

Squeeze.

Maybe you find your arms wrapped around yourself.

Feel that love.

Allow that love,

That unconditional love to radiate through your entire being,

Your energy field,

Your physical body,

Your spiritual and mental bodies.

Notice if any emotions arise.

Allow them to move up and through you and out of you.

Every time you acknowledge this space of unconditional love,

You're giving yourself permission to evolve,

Grow,

To come back to the deep core of who you have always been.

In the days and months to come,

You notice yourself having that negative self-talk.

You'll notice it much quicker,

And you'll remember that symbol that you've created of unconditional love,

Reminding yourself to change your thoughts back into gratitude and the love,

All of the love that you are.

The more you bring yourself into this space,

The more joy you can create within your own body,

Radiating outward,

Affecting all those around you.

You'll notice a lightness in your step,

Perhaps a sparkle in your eye.

Notice your body,

The changes that you've created from when you first arrived in this meditation.

Feel that deep sense of relaxation,

Surrender and joy.

You are loved.

You are worthy.

You are supported.

Feel the wholeness and completeness throughout your entire physical body.

Maybe you feel as though you're floating on a cloud,

Feeling weightless,

But yet a sensation of heaviness from deep relaxation,

Allowing your mind to be open,

Your heart to be open,

Finding more joy in every day.

Allow that symbol of unconditional love to represent what you've created within your own space.

Once again,

In the days to follow,

Notice the synchronicities that happen.

Perhaps you're getting overwhelmed or frustrated and then you notice a hummingbird,

If that was your symbol of unconditional love,

Fly by.

You'll know it's completely individual to what you need.

You may allow yourself to simply stay in this deep state of relaxation,

Basking in this loving energy,

Or you may choose to come slowly back into your physical body,

Bringing your awareness to the seat beneath you,

Taking a deep breath,

Bringing yourself back into this moment,

Noticing the stillness of your mind and your body and allowing the sense of peace to stay with you.

As you begin to wiggle your toes,

Your fingers,

Finding easy,

Gentle movements,

Gently fluttering your eyes open,

Noticing the surroundings and how you feel.

May the peace you've created within yourself radiate within you,

Around you,

And outwards.
