Welcome to another meditation experience.

My name is Caitlin Boucher,

Co-Founder and CEO of Renewal Academy at 564 Dutton Street in Lowell,

Massachusetts.

So this will be a short meditation.

So go ahead and find yourself in a seated position with your feet flat on the floor and your palms face up in your lap.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths into your nose and out through your mouth.

Now begin by focusing on your feet,

Feeling and sensing your feet.

You're whispering to yourself after me,

Feet relax.

Now moving up to your lower legs,

Your calves,

Your shins.

Now moving up to your knees.

Imagine yourself in the most relaxed state you've ever been in.

Imagine yourself in the most relaxed state you've ever been in.

Now imagine,

See and sense an opening in the sky far above your head.

And pure white sparkling light flows down like a waterfall over your body.

And into the earth below your feet.

Feel,

See and sense this waterfall flowing over your entire body.

And into the earth below your feet.

And into the earth below your feet.

And into the earth below your feet.

And into the earth below your feet.

And into the earth below your feet.

And into the earth below your feet.

If you notice any areas in your body where there's pain or discomfort or tension,

Feel,

Sense and see this pure white sparkling light flowing and filling those areas of your body.

Letting go of whatever's underneath.

Vigorous healing.

To wiggle your fingers and your toes and opening your eyes when you're ready to return back to the room.

Maybe stretch or have a drink of water to ground yourself.

And enjoy the rest of your day.
