So feet on the floor,

Palms face up in your lap.

Go ahead and take three deep breaths into your nose and out your mouth.

This is a releasing breathing technique.

So continuing to breathe in through your nose,

All goodness and positivity and exhaling out,

Tension and stress.

Now whispering to your body after me,

Focusing on your feet.

Feet relax.

Moving to your shins,

Your calves,

Your lower legs.

Breathing to yourself,

That's perfectly okay.

Go back and use the fast river to clear your mind until you can return to the still,

Infinite ocean.

As you look up,

You see this beautiful structure that is ornate,

Yet precise.

Before you stand the temple.

While you feel like it's in a major city,

There's no one on the streets except for you.

As you walk up each step,

You can feel below your feet thousands who have taken these steps before you.

Thousands.

Thousands who have come before you to seek wisdom.

Thousands who have come before you with curiosity.

As you reach the top of the stairs,

You see some columns.

As the space is open in between,

And you walk inside,

Underneath the roof.

Until you reach a door,

And this door is grand and tall.

And as you touch it,

You can sense all of those who have entered this door before you.

The sojourners.

The peacekeepers,

The change agents,

The lightworkers.

And you.

You open these doors.

And before you,

You see an empty floor.

And on the opposing wall,

You see a giant shrine or statue to Buddha,

Master Buddha,

Lord Buddha,

Kneeling.

Those legs crossed.

And long ears.

This space feels expansive.

Yet you can still feel yourself in your body here.

As you walk closer and closer to Lord Buddha.

And as you get as close as you desire,

You also kneel down and cross your legs,

Mirroring Buddha in your sit stance.

And it's almost like you hear it being spoken to you directly.

Be here now.

Nowhere else matters.

Be here right now.

Allow yourself to feel into this exact moment with your mind.

Letting go.

Right into the call motion.

Feeling your body solidly here.

Yet your senses are all around you.

Calmly absorbing,

Letting things come and go.

Again,

You hear.

Drink up this moment.

Isn't it beautiful?

Letting go.

How do you feel into this moment?

How deep yet expansive it is?

Letting go.

Letting go.

Buddha asks you what it is that you seek.

Give your response now.

Buddha answers what it is that you seek as a seed within you.

Can you feel it?

Yes,

This seed.

Nurture this seed.

You know how.

As you commit to this seed,

You feel all around you,

Your ancestors.

In this room with you.

Seated just like you are.

You feel their love.

You feel their appreciation and gratitude for you,

For what you've committed to.

Maybe it's to healing.

To calm and peace.

To joy,

Purpose,

Service.

Whatever this is,

You're leading the way.

You're loved because of it.

You're thinking Buddha.

You're making your way out of this temple.

As you go to leave out the door,

You turn and bow.

Walk out the door.

You see the city bustling below your feet.

Remembering this entire experience.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Coming back into the room.
