Today,
We are bringing light and positivity into our bodies,
And this echoes beyond our bodies into our entire energy field.
Whatever we change within ourselves affects all of those around us.
Although our goal is not to change others,
It can feel very affirming to know that every moment we work on improving our own flow,
Our own softness,
And our own resilience,
We can benefit those we love and those who are suffering in our lives.
You may already be able to feel the energies as they pour through for you,
But if you can't feel them yet,
That's okay.
The more you develop your ability to soften within,
You will learn to sense the more and more subtle energies and flows.
So while this energy is moving through for you,
You can increase your receptivity to it by just using your awareness and your intention.
So,
Softly,
Feel into your body with your awareness,
Moving yourself into the sensations in your torso.
You may be able to notice a vibration,
A tightness,
A holding,
Or a flow.
Whatever you feel can be just seen as an experience.
Release your judgment,
Your hesitation,
Your doubt,
And just notice that's what you feel.
When we release the judgment and story behind it,
It will unfold more easily for us.
So,
Sink deeper into the experience within your body,
And this allows the mental chatter to fall back a little,
And in time,
It can be as present as it is without engaging our awareness into its stories.
So feel within your body,
And allow your intention to embrace the concept of positivity.
Let's not define it within our minds,
Because then we are engaging our minds.
So just feel what it feels like inside your torso if you think of the word positivity.
If you can feel a brightening,
A lightness,
An increase in the flow,
Then simply allow that to transform itself further and further as you relax and allow it to travel through you.
If when you think of positivity you feel hesitation,
Closing,
Or resistance,
That is also okay.
This is education for you to understand,
Oh,
This is your response to the word positivity.
It's completely normal to have resistance when we're moving and thinking that,
Oh,
I chose this track because I want positivity.
In some way,
You are saying to yourself,
I don't think I have enough of that.
And so it's normal that when I say the word,
You feel hesitation or resistance to it.
So what we do is allow ourselves to acknowledge,
Okay,
It feels like a heavy word for me.
So allow yourself to feel that heaviness or contraction and lighten how hard you concentrate on that escalated feeling and simply allow the resistance to unfold on its own.
When we drop the story and drop our judgment and let go of fighting,
Our own bodies have the ability to push that resistance out,
To release it from our system.
And this is true with any emotion or sensation.
But when our minds become engaged and push it down,
Suppress it,
Feel that we shouldn't be feeling these feelings,
Then they get bottled inside and stuck.
So for now,
Allow every sensation to come up and move through you.
Soften how hard you're concentrating on doing this.
Because really,
If you cultivate this softness,
The way you would feel when you're lazily watching clouds go by in the sky,
Your softness and allowing,
Let the hardness transform.
Feel that soft daydreamy feeling for a while as your own deeper energies clear your resistance.
And when you feel ready,
Think of the word positivity and notice how it feels this time.
You may now realize that yes,
It does expand you.
It does create a surge of energy through the center of you.
It does open your heart.
If you still feel resistance,
Notice if it feels different than before.
And if it does,
Then you'll know you have transformed your resistance on some level,
And you have moved forward.
And so just do the same practice again if there's still resistance,
Until you feel clear and until the word positivity either opens you or at least creates a neutral reaction.
Neutrality is one of my favorite places to be in,
Because it's released our judgment,
Our mental thinking,
Our guilt,
Our resistance to whatever we're working on.
So now we're going to build on our positivity.
So feel what the word does for you as the energy healing is continuing to move forward through the session,
Helping you open.
And as you cultivate this feeling within you,
Allow it to bubble upward into your heart,
Into your neck,
Flowing like little clearing bubbles through the tension in your shoulders,
Through the tension and holding in your arms and your hands.
And allow these bubbles of positivity to move throughout your entire back and allow the bubbles to clear old energies that no longer serve you out of your hips,
Out of your abdomen,
Out of your pelvis,
Your thighs,
All the way into your feet.
And let the positive echoes move through all of your organs,
All of your cells and all of the nerves of your entire being,
Including all the neurons in your brain.
In neuroscience,
There's a phrase where they say,
What fires together,
Wires together.
The more you bring your practice of meditation and cultivation of positivity into every moment in your life,
The more you will be wiring your neurons to understand that this is the sensation you want to cultivate,
That this is the positive flow,
The energy that you want to bring into every cell,
Into your DNA,
Into all of your organs and all of the spaces and into your entire energy field.
And as you practice this daily,
It will radiate outward into your entire life.
You will notice that there are more synchronicities and ease of flow and you'll realize that everything you do affects the outcomes of where you want to go in life.
And when you feel ready,
Notice the tingling in your hands and feet and bring your awareness into the experience of your surroundings,
Bringing yourself back while still feeling the positivity within you and allow your awareness to reconnect with your environment and you can open your eyes and move forward with your day when you feel ready.
