Let your jaw loosen,
And remember your only job right now is to just breathe.
We'll breathe in for four and out for six.
This is the magic breathing ratio that tells your nervous system that it's safe.

Six.

One more time,
But we're going to do it a bit slower.

Let your breathing return to its own rhythm.
Notice the space inside of you that wasn't available a minute ago.
That space is calm,
And it's yours to bring you some peace.
