Now I want you to bring your awareness to your breath,
Feeling its natural flow.
I want you to inhale deeply for a count of four,
Hold your breath for four,
And exhale for six seconds.
With each inhale,
I want you to imagine drawing in focus and energy,
And with each exhale,
Release any distractions and resistance you may have.
Feel yourself fully grounded in this moment and connected to your purpose.
Remember the type of person you want to be and become with building better habits.
I want you to remember that throughout this meditation,
That small habits that we do every day is what leads to great success and big outcomes.
Now imagine the day ahead of you as a blank canvas.
See yourself moving through your day with intention and ease.
I want you to visualize moments where you can choose a habit that supports your goals,
Whether it's a work habit,
A nourishing meal,
Mindful breaks,
Or an act of kindness.
Now I want you to picture yourself completing these small actions and habits and feeling a sense of accomplishment and becoming the person that you want to be.
Now I would like you to reflect on one habit you would like to strengthen today.
It might be something small like drinking more water,
Working out,
Journaling,
Or even being fully present with someone you love.
I want you to picture yourself successfully incorporating this habit into your day and how it will lead to a bigger success over time if you keep this habit going day after day.
Imagine how it feels to take that small step towards positive change.
Now silently or out loud,
Let's repeat these affirmations.
