Explore MeditationPam volunteers as a facilitator of self-management workshops aimed to help people struggling with chronic illnesses as well as help others learn to advocate for themselves in health and medical situations. She also volunteers as a health coach helping people to manage their health and well being through goal setting and learning tools to help achieve those goals. Pam was introduced to mindfulness meditation shortly after being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress disorder. It was mindfulness that saved her and she wants to contribute by helping others connect to the here and now through living mindfully.
