Shift your attention to your body.
Scan through your body starting from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.

Notice sensations in your body the sounds around you and the feeling of your breath.
Allow yourself to fully immerse in the present letting go of any thoughts or distractions.

Acknowledge any inner turmoil or emotional burdens you may be carrying.
With each breath imagine releasing these burdens allowing them to dissolve and fade away.
Visualize them transforming into lightness and freedom.
Feel a sense of relief and liberation as you let go of what no longer serves you.
Extend compassion and love towards yourself and to others.
Visualize a warm golden light surrounding your heart radiating pure unconditional love and kindness.
Feel this radiant light expanding reaching out to touch every being in your life and beyond.
Wrapping them in a comforting embrace of compassion and goodwill.
As you bask in the warmth of this universal love know that you're a source of love and kindness capable of spreading positivity and healing energy into the world.
