Sit up with your back straight and close your eyes.
Take a moment to find your center and to relax into your body.
Make yourself comfortable.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it,
And exhale,
Relax.
Another breath in through your nose,
Hold it,
And relax,
Exhale.
Another slow breath in through your nose.
Let all of the air flow out of your body and allow your body to find its own rhythm.
Feel your breath flowing in and relaxing the body.
Call your breath to become slower and to become deeper.
Take a moment to scan your body and feel if there are any tensions.
If there are,
Then just become aware of them and soften them,
And feel your body becoming more relaxed,
Letting go of the tension.
Can you become aware of the infinite black space behind your eyes?
Focus on the blackness behind your eyes.
Stay aware of it.
Rest your attention into it whenever you notice a thought coming up.
Let it be,
Don't judge it,
And just let it go and come back to it.
Surrender yourself as if you're one with infinity,
And just take your awareness more and more off your physical body and into this infinite space,
As if your point of consciousness is not just tied to your physical body,
But you are consciousness itself.
It has no location.
Everywhere,
All at once.
Merge with infinity.
Dissolve into it,
Existing as awareness itself.
And now,
From this state of infinite awareness,
Tune in to the frequency of abundance.
What does it feel like to have all of your needs met?
How would you feel if all of your desires were here right now?
You are infinitely provided for,
Exactly what you need and what you want.
Just feel the emotion of abundance.
Stay there and feel it become abundance.
Even more,
Feel yourself as abundance.
You always get exactly what you desire,
Exactly what you need,
And even more than you can imagine.
And now,
It is time to surrender.
Let it go.
Let it go completely.
Surrender back into pure awareness,
Into pure beingness.
Pure beingness.
