Tonight,

You will fall asleep in the ultimate wish fulfilled state.

Reprogramming the subconscious mind so that you will be sending out a whole new signal and,

Therefore,

Attract a whole new reality.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position in which you can deeply relax.

Now is the moment to adjust your position.

Let's begin by taking some deep breaths.

Take a slow and deep breath into your nose.

And exhale,

Letting go of everything.

Another slow breath,

Breathing in love and peace.

And as you exhale,

You are letting go of the day.

Another slow breath,

Breathing in calm and stillness.

And exhale,

Letting go even deeper.

And now,

Just allow your breath to flow in,

Naturally,

And flow out,

Breathing in love,

Calm,

Peace,

And releasing any tension,

Any stress,

Allowing your body and your mind to finally rest,

Feeling your feet completely relaxed,

Moving up to your ankles,

Your shins,

Your calves,

Relaxing them.

Up to your knees,

Your upper legs,

Your glutes,

Feeling your legs becoming heavy,

Moving up to your lower back,

Your belly,

Softening the lower back,

Softening the belly,

To your upper back and your chest.

If you feel any pressure in your chest,

Then take a loving breath into your chest and with your exhale,

Release any tension,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

All the way down to the tips of your fingers,

Relaxing every muscle,

Your neck,

Release any tension that you are holding in your neck.

And now,

Moving up to the back of your head,

Slowly moving towards your face,

Your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your mouth,

Relaxing the entire body,

Feeling the heaviness of your body sinking deeper into your bed,

To truly rest.

And the mind and its constant activity,

Don't indulge,

Just allow the mind to do what it wants to do,

Without interfering,

Without clinging,

So that the mind can settle.

Now,

Just rest here,

Feeling your relaxed body,

Being at ease,

There is nothing that you have to do,

For the day has come to an end.

Now,

For a moment,

Just wonder what your life would look like if everything was perfect,

If you had everything you could possibly desire,

If you were the person you want to be.

What does it look like,

Your ultimate life?

Just gently become aware of that.

What would you have?

What would you be doing?

Who would you be?

And most importantly,

How would you feel?

Now,

Even if you are not completely clear,

Slowly start,

In your mind,

To imagine yourself living this life,

See yourself doing the things you want to do,

See yourself having the things you want to have,

See yourself being the person you want to be,

Allow the scenes to play out in your imagination,

See the details,

Where are you,

What do you have,

See from the eyes of that person,

Who are you with,

How are you feeling,

What are you doing,

Without thinking too much about it,

Allow your imagination to flow freely,

Allow yourself to live this reality now,

And allow yourself to naturally go from one scene to the next,

Living the life of your dreams,

Having the things you always dreamed of,

Feeling the gratitude,

The happiness,

The joy,

The peace of living in this reality,

Give yourself permission to merge with your vision,

Give yourself permission to let go of your old identity and enter a new,

Fully merge,

Become one with those visions,

And feel how your state of being is changing,

Your feelings,

Your thoughts,

Slowly aligning with this new reality,

Stay here,

Maybe you can already feel yourself drifting off into deeper relaxation,

That's perfectly fine,

And you can allow that to happen,

Whenever you're ready,

You can fall asleep in the wish fulfilled,

Gently and lovingly,

Don't allow your attention to drift off,

Gently keep imagining yourself living this life,

You can see yourself celebrating everything that you've created,

Or you can see yourself being at peace now that life is how you want it to be,

Your old self feels like a distant memory now,

You are a new person,

Living a completely new life,

Feel the peace in your heart,

In your imagination,

See yourself going to bed,

You lay down,

Completely at peace,
