Sit down,
Close your eyes,
Take a moment to relax into your body,
Now place all of your attention on your gut,
Like 5 to 10 cm above your belly button,
Become aware of it,
Feel it,
Feel its energy,
And start to slowly breathe into it,
Breathing from your gut,
Try to become more and more aware of its presence,
Of its location,
Find it,
And as you're breathing into it,
Feel it,
Awakening,
Like lighting up a fire within you,
Every time you inhale into your gut,
You're lighting up this fire even more,
You can feel it within you as a strong flame,
A flame of energy,
Of willpower,
Of excitement to do something,
To create something,
This is the center of will,
For the energy to raise its frequency,
Your breath flowing in and flowing out of this center,
Feel the intensity of this energy,
Of this excitement growing within you,
Take your awareness of this center,
And allow yourself to rest beyond the thoughts,
Beyond the physical body,
And to just be as awareness,
And from this empty space,
Ask the question,
What is the next best step for me to take?
And open yourself up to receive the answer,
Don't force it,
Don't look for it,
Let it come to you,
It can come in the form of a vision,
A thought,
A feeling,
Or an idea,
Just be open enough,
Receptive enough to receive it,
And to check if the answer is true,
Just ask yourself,
Does this feel exciting to me?
If it does,
It is probably true,
It may even feel a little bit scary or outside of your comfort zone.
If you know what it is,
In a moment,
When you get up from this meditation,
It is time to act on it,
Using the power of the gut,
The willpower you have just awakened within yourself.
Channel this energy into the thing you're gonna do,
Into the step you're gonna take.
Whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
And go out there to create,
To take the next step you know you need to take.
