This moon is also known as the Strawberry Full Moon.

The intention behind this meditation is for you to gently meet your shadow,

For you to release attachments,

And for you to expand your capacity to receive.

Begin either seated or lying down.

Feel your body grounding into the surface beneath you.

Take a deep breath in,

And sigh it out.

Again,

Deep breath,

And exhale.

Let this next breath drop you into the truth of this moment.

You are here.

You are ready.

Call to mind a soft golden flame rising in the center of your heart.

This light,

This flame,

Is warm and it's full of life.

This is your heart,

Sovereign,

Radiant,

Courageous.

Feel its warmth grow as you inhale,

And as you exhale,

Imagine it spreading across your chest,

Down your arms,

And into your fingertips.

With every breath,

It expands,

And then finally,

It wraps around your whole body in light.

And now above you,

A full moon glows in the sky.

It radiates truth,

Truth that's bold,

Clear,

And limitless.

This moon is not here to judge what you hold.

It's here to help you see.

It's here to help burn away what no longer belongs.

Now,

I invite you to turn inward,

To gently meet your shadow.

Whisper softly to yourself,

What am I holding onto that is heavy,

Untrue,

Or outdated?

Let the first image,

Word,

Or emotion arise.

Just witness it.

And now ask yourself,

Where am I pretending I don't already know what I need to release?

As that reveals itself,

Let your body soften.

This is permission.

This isn't punishment.

It's permission to shed the roles,

The masks,

The expectations.

Breathe into that knowing,

And exhale it out.

Now,

Imagine standing in a wild desert at night.

The moon is above you.

The stars are infinite.

In front of you,

There's a bonfire.

Ancient and sacred.

In your hands is a piece of paper.

On it are words,

Patterns,

Beliefs,

And identities that you're ready to release.

Speak them softly in your mind.

Feel the emotion that comes.

Allow yourself to fully embrace that emotion without holding back.

Now you take this paper and you place it into the bonfire.

You watch as it turns to ash.

And as it does,

You feel that same release inside your body.

You're lighter.

You're freer.

You're unburdened.

This is the clearing.

I invite you now to place your hands over your heart and whisper to yourself,

What am I ready to receive now that I've made space?

What wants to pour in?

Let yourself imagine beauty beyond logic.

See yourself opening your heart,

Your arms,

Your energy field.

Let joy,

Love,

Adventure,

Truth,

Freedom,

Creative genius flood into your body like light pouring through stained glass.

And now I invite you to repeat softly,

Or to yourself,

I release what no longer honors my fire.

I allow my truth to lead me with grace.

I expand into wild joy and creativity.

I am safe to be seen.

I am safe to be big.

I allow myself to be surprised with beauty beyond expectation.

Now bring your attention back to your breath.

Take a deep breath in and feel your radiance.

On your exhale,

Trust the clearing.

On your inhale,

Receive your next chapter.

And on your exhale,

Anchor it into your heart.

When you feel ready,

Begin to move your fingers and toes.

Allow your body to begin to organically move and come back to the space.

Notice how you feel.

Notice how your body feels.

Notice how your heart feels.
