Welcome to week four of the Awaken and Align Breathwork and Meditation series.

My name is Kavita and I will be guiding you through this nighttime practice.

Week four is focused on renewal and intentions.

This nighttime practice is on manifesting dreams.

We will practice extended exhale breathing,

Follow a guided visualization,

And close with an affirmation.

Allow yourself to become comfortable,

Whether sitting up or lying down.

Give your body permission to relax.

Check in with your breath and notice how your body feels.

Allow yourself to be present in this moment.

I invite you to lower your gaze or close your eyes as you settle in.

As we enter this new moon phase,

We plant seeds of intention.

We open ourselves up to limitless possibilities.

Tonight's breathwork practice is extended exhale breathing.

Here you will inhale for a count of four and exhale slowly for eight.

Let's begin.

Inhale for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale for eight,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Breathe in,

Release.

Fill your belly with air,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Let it all go,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Deep breath in and let it go.

Now allow your breathing to come back to its natural rhythm and notice how you feel in your body.

Is there any tension that you're holding on to that you're able to release?

Maybe move your forehead,

Move your jaw.

Picture yourself in a quiet starlit garden.

You hold a small glowing seed in your hands.

This seed represents your deepest desires and dreams.

As you plant it into the rich earth,

You whisper your intention.

Now watch as it begins to grow,

Nurtured by your trust and belief in divine timing.

Tonight's affirmation is,

I align with my highest vision and trust it's unfolding.

I invite you to either say this out loud or say it to yourself internally.

You can always come back to this garden.

Come back and take a look at the seed that you've planted and what it's turned into.

Take a final deep breath in and as you exhale,

Allow yourself to surrender to deep rest.
