Welcome to week two of the Awaken and Align Breathwork and Meditation series.

My name is Kavita and I will be guiding you through your practice.

Week two is focused on passion and courage.

Tonight's practice includes deep belly breathing,

Guided visualization,

And an affirmation.

Please come to a comfortable position either seated or lying down.

If you're seated,

Relax your shoulders back.

I invite you to do a body scan and notice if you're holding on to any tension.

The breathwork practice is designed to help release any tension you may feel.

Tonight's meditation is on radiance and self-expression.

It invites you to embrace your true self and express your inner light without fear.

Begin to observe your breath as it is without judgment.

Tonight's breathwork practice is deep belly breathing.

Deep belly breathing allows you to ground your body,

Slow your mind,

And it creates an internal environment that helps with relaxation.

It helps with intuitive reflection and it also helps with deep sleep.

With this technique,

You will deeply inhale through your nose,

Feeling your breath start at your lower belly and rise up to your chest.

Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension.

The breath in and the breath out are the same length.

They are both slow,

Steady,

And deliberate.

We will do this for a total of 5 times.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Expanding your belly.

Hold for a moment.

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension.

Breathe in.

Deep inhale.

Slow exhale.

Fill your belly with air.

Hold it at the top.

Open your mouth.

Release.

Inhale and feel your belly expand.

Slowly exhale fully.

With your eyes still closed or your gaze still lowered,

Take a deep breath in and out.

Imagine standing in a vast open field under the glow of a golden full moon.

The air is warm and a soft breeze gently moves around you.

In front of you is a sacred fire burning brightly,

Crackling with energy.

This flame represents your inner light,

Your passion,

Your truth.

Step closer to the fire and feel its warmth on your skin.

With each inhale you breathe in its golden energy.

With each exhale you release fear,

Self-doubt,

And anything that has dimmed your light.

Breathe in the golden energy.

As you exhale,

Release what is no longer serving you.

The fire grows stronger,

Brighter,

Reflecting your confidence,

Creativity,

And authentic self.

Now place your hands near your heart and feel a small flame ignite within you.

A mirror of the sacred fire before you.

This is your radiance,

Your voice,

Your unique essence.

As you breathe,

The flame expands,

Illuminating your entire being with golden light.

You are seen,

You are heard,

You are celebrated.

Take a moment to feel this energy.

This is who you truly are.

Limitless,

Bold,

And radiant.

Tonight's affirmation is,

I shine my light fearlessly and express my truth with confidence.

I invite you to say this either to yourself internally or out loud.

With this feeling of radiance and confidence,

Take one last deep breath in.
