Welcome to week four of the Awaken and Align Breathwork and Meditation series.
My name is Kabina and I will be guiding you through your practice.
Week four is focused on renewal and intentions.
This morning's meditation practice is on rebirth and renewal and it includes energizing three-part breath,
A guided visualization,
And an affirmation.
So get cozy and come to a comfortable position.
If you're seated,
Straighten your spine while you relax your shoulders and neck.
Allow your body to relax as you tune into your breath and allow yourself to be present in this moment.
I invite you to lower your gaze or close your eyes as you settle in.
Good morning and welcome to a brand new day filled with possibility.
As the energy shifts,
We embrace renewal and a fresh start.
For an energizing three-part breath,
You will inhale deeply into your belly,
Then into your ribs,
Then into your chest,
You'll hold at the top,
And then slowly exhale.
So let's begin.
Breathe into your belly,
Breathe into your ribs,
Breathe into your chest,
Slowly release.
And we'll do this again.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale again,
Hold.
Exhale slowly.
Take a quick breath in.
Again.
One more breath.
Release.
Deep inhale into your belly.
Now into your ribs.
Up to your chest.
Last one,
Deep breath one,
Deep breath two,
Deep breath three.
Hold.
And slowly sigh it out.
Allow your breathing to come back to its normal rhythm.
Observe how you feel in your body.
With each inhale,
Fill your body with gratitude.
With each exhale,
Extend that gratitude to others.
Breathe in gratitude.
Extend gratitude.
Imagine standing in a lush green field at sunrise.
Feel the golden light as it gently warms your skin.
Right in front of you,
A path unfolds.
This is your new beginning.
With each breath,
You take a step forward.
With each step forward,
You leave behind what no longer serves you.
You are stepping fully into a renewed,
Vibrant energy.
Today's affirmation is,
I am renewed and ready for new beginnings.
I invite you to either say this out loud or say it to yourself.
I am renewed and ready for new beginnings.
Ready for new beginnings.
As you take a final deep breath,
Feel the sense of freshness and clarity filling your body.
Open your eyes when you're ready.
And carry this energy of renewal with you throughout your day.
