In the beginning of week 2.
This week we honor the power of your mind,
Your awareness,
Your clarity,
And your capacity to direct your reality.
Today we begin with the witnessing self.
Take a deep,
Slow breath in,
Hold for a moment,
And exhale with full release.
Let yourself arrive into your body,
Into your space,
Into this sacred moment.
Now gently bring your attention to your mind.
Just notice what's there,
A thought,
A feeling,
A swirl of sensation.
Let it be.
Let it pass like a cloud.
No judgment,
Just presence.
You are not the thought.
You are the one who sees the thought.
That awareness is your power.
I invite you to say with me,
My awareness is a gift.
I witness with love.
Let those words echo in your chest.
Let them bring softness to your internal space.
You don't have to change anything.
Just observe with compassion.
Each time you witness without reacting,
You come home to your higher self.
You don't have to fix what you see.
Seeing clearly is enough to shift everything.
Let your next breath expand your clarity,
And let this truth settle in.
Your awareness is a tool of healing and insight.
Take a few breaths here.
Inhale presence.
Exhale resistance.
Now again,
I invite you to say,
My awareness is a gift.
I witness with love.
Let that truth stay with you,
Even after this practice ends.
You are the loving witness of your experience.
